We just moved from nyc to Irvine and struggled to find a groomer in OC we can trust. Jen and Jasmine here are super professional and absolutely some of the best groomers Birdie ever had. Some reviews say the receptionist sounded confused — he is actually really kind and tries his best to be helpful; we should have more compassion for those with special needs or don’t speak English as a first language. Highly recommend.

Not recommended at all!!

This was my first and last time at this place. I am extremely unhappy with the service provided. They groomed my dog unevenly, making it look like a child had done the grooming.
Under his shoulders and around his tail, there are noticeable bruises and redness, which is very concerning. It seems my dog had a traumatic experience there.
Also, the styling they did is bizarre and unprofessional.
I do not recommend this place to anyone who cares about their pet's well-being.

Extremely bad service. I had an appointment with them and when my dog was brought in, the groomer, Jasmine, didn’t even smile at the dog and didn’t invite the dog in. Last time my dog was even cut open by a groomer. It’s like they picked some guy without experience and hired them. My dog got rejected out of the store with no second thought because he was scared to get groomed. My dog isn’t even mean and he loves people.
Never going back again.

First time I visited was fine checked me in and they did however mess up and cut a chunk of hair on my doodle and called me to apologize and gave me 10$ off so i was like ok mistakes happen. Same lady next week checks me in and a new lady is there and says that my dog is now medium size so now they have to charge 10$ more when last time they didn’t. Then they weight him and say he’s 25 pounds which clearly states on their rules that means his small and they lady wants to argue that no he’s a medium size dog. Awful customer service from the new lady that was helping out and was trying to charge me more just because she thought he looked like a medium size dog. I was booked to spend almost 90$ for a dog wash and some add ons but I felt that them her trying to say that my dog wasn’t small when the other lady weighed him in front of us both and said he’s a small was unprofessional. I took my dog and left won’t be back.

I dont recommend this place.
While some of the groomers and stylists are good, there are also those who aren't. Unfortunately, we were not happy with our dog's grooming experience.

The best place I went to for grooming was here, her name is (Sunhy), she was a very kind and nice woman, she was very friendly with my dog so that he was not afraid. I tried many other places in OC, but I was never as satisfied with their behavior as here, Thank Sunhy for being able to find it here
