This building has come a long way. The staff and the looks of the building has changed so much in a short period of time. Amazing medical staff and maintenance team has really turned things around. I recommend this place to everyone.

I have been here for 18 months. I was never interested in activities because I felt like coloring a teddy bear out of a coloring book wasn't fun. We now have an activities director named Toni that I wish we had had from the begining. She is very personable and makes every one feel included. I really enjoy the crafts and karaoke. I have had some setbacks and unable to get out of the bed at the moment. She brings the crafts to me and makes sure I have what I need. She has a fun fact Friday that I really enjoy and look forward to learning new things each week. Toni is more than an activities director to me... she is a friend, a confidante a caring person that would do anything she could for me or find the person that
could. You can tell when someone loves their job and enjoys making others happy. That is Toni. You can't help but smile when she is around. If you need to cry, she'll listen. She sees creativity in everything and everyone. Best description is Toni is fun and happiness. So excited she is here.

I don’t want to leave a star but I’m forced to leave one. It won’t let me post without leaving a star. This place is horrible! Patients fall and get hurt because they say they can’t put rails on the hospital beds. Patients consistently have dried food or stuff on their face and clothes. The staff are rude and are not very helpful! They don’t care!!! Would like to know who the ombudsman is for this facility?

Over the past few months, I have seen a great shift in the atmosphere as it relates to the facility, staff and nurses, and especially my grandmother! She is happier, joyful and peaceful. Please keep up the great work you all are doing!

I love the activities director Toni. She has brought activities to the center that are fun. I use to not want to go to the dining room. But now I look forward to. We have different things to do every day. She treats us like adults not children.

This facility let's patients fall and do not take care of there patients. You are not aloud to call. The rooms are shared and who knows what patient you get next to you. Poor quality patient care and room situations.
