Very friendly! Very informative! A lot of places want to rush you to buy something and get you out of the door. Kevin at Lynn's is more than happy to sit and answer questions and point you in the right direction. Their selection of Ball Pythons is gorgeous and the prices cannot be beat. Great service, friendly staff, fantastic prices, would definitely recommend to any reptile enthusiast

The aquariums in this store are the “cleanest” aquariums I’ve seen in any store in the St. Louis area - and I’ve seen a lot! The store is under fairly new ownership and JC (the fish expert) really knew his aquatics. I could tell he was very knowledgeable about all of their inventory and they have quite a variety. Even though it’s a bit of a drive to this store - I will definitely be returning to this store.

Lynn is so knowledgeable about fish and aquariums.
Ask for her personally to help you.
You may have to wait a bit, and that should tell you something right there, but you will be glad you did wait.

Went to purchase small rats as new pets, ended up being traumatized as a family.
Lady at the counter was unprofessional and unkind towards the poor critters, picking them up by their tails.
Rats are not like mice. Even as small as newborns and pups, you can easily deglove their tails, please don't pick them up that way. They need to picked or scooped up from under the body.
We will be purchasing our rats elsewhere after this, very sad experience. 1/5 rating, sorry.
