Love the care everyone has shown my sweet great aunt since she's been there everyone has been amazing. Amber Coleman especially has been 100% she's the most kindest, sweet hearted person I've ever met ❤️ absolutely adore her. But nothing but good things to say about the facility and staff other then the fact she and her roommate are experiencing long wait times in order for someone to come take them to the bathroom which I hope will improve soon.

Louisa Health & Rehab is a breath of fresh air for my elderly friend! From the staff that answer the phones, with the best attitude and friendly greeting, to the nurses, and the PT staff that go above and beyond for their patients. It’s a WOW! In 30 days the PT staff has built my elderly friends confidence, strength, willingness, motivation and he’s walking! He’s not going to run a marathon but he is on his way to have some form of independence again.
Another facility told him and myself he would never walk again and be confined to a wheelchair. All it took was staff members to care!
I can not thank you enough for helping my elderly friend come out of that dark place he was in trying to accept he wouldn’t walk.

The nurses… they are very thorough, they are attentive and do their jobs with ease because they care.
I just could go on and on about this facility. All good! So if you are looking for place to help your loved one get the rehab they need, this one is a 5 star in my eyes! I have never once worried about the care he has received here.
The entire staff are blessings for myself and my friend appreciate all they have done for him.

Me and my family had the opportunity to go to the Boo Fest this year and it was so much fun! There were so many activities for adult and kids to participate in and they made everyone feel included. The facility was clean and all of the staff were amazing. We really enjoyed that all of the residents were included in the trunk or treat process. Overall it was a great experience.

Louisa health and rehabilitation did a fantastic job with my grandfather. They took great care in making sure he was fully rehabilitated and back on his feet. The social worker went out of her way to ensure we were in the loop with the plan going home. Our family is so pleased with the facility and staff.

This facility has improved so much over the years. The staff is kind, and cares so much about it's residents. It's clean and welcoming. The activities department is AMAZING!!!! I would 100% recommend Louisa Health and Rehab to anyone looking for a place that will care for your family members as their own.

The Louisa health and rehab is a wonderful place with staff that are top notch. The place gives me and warm and kindhearted feeling every time I step in. The residents there enjoy the place every time I take a visit. The inside of the facility is clean, neat, oraganize, and has a nice smell throughout the building.The Louisa Health and Rehab is a wonderful place and I recommend going there and checking it out. And there staff are really helpful and understanding.

Seriously this place should be shut down! Awful , Awful, Awful! With a Job like this you need individuals who care, and these people do not care! You have to be a person of dignity and with empathy to care for people. The Staff at Louisa Rehab are horrible people, to put it plain! A man walked in that facility 2 months ago talking and able to feed himself and they basically didn’t provide any care! In just 2 months he ended up Malnourished, stage 3 bedsores , infected wombs , nonverbal ! And is now entering hospice in just 2 months!!! This place should be ashamed of itself , and everyone who works there! Shame on you! This place will not be open much longer! God sees all , and knows all!

The boo fest at the louisa health and rehabilitation center was amazing! the patients dressed up and handed out candy to all the kids. They had tons of activities for the kids and the adults to do. The patients and the faculty members were all so sweet, i couldn't have asked for a better place to take my son for his first halloween, he enjoyed it so much!
