Dr.Nav is the best vet I’ve ever worked with. I have three babies and she’s seen and taken amazing care of all of them. Animals are not cheap and neither is their care. Lone tree is fairly priced and you received top notch care/service here. The staff is helpful and friendly. I drive an hour and a half to this vet because I truly have never found a vet that I trust more. In tough situations they are compassionate and understanding. I have always received thorough explanations for each service when I ask. I have never felt pushed to do any service. I can honestly say Dr.Nav advises/advocates for the best course of care for each of my babies and for that I will forever be grateful!

I brought a cat in I recently rescued because she appeared to be sick. I was told I should get their flea medicine and their de wormer even though I stated I just had done both of those things. I asked for antibiotics because the cat seemed to have a cold. She started having breathing problems and I was told she needed x-rays and blood work. I informed the office I didn’t have the $800 for that and would continue the meds and to monitor her at home. Then the vet called animal control on me and lied to the officer saying that cat lost weight with me and I was refusing care. I took the cat to the vet did I not? Be warned if you bring your pet here and don’t want to get gouged they will call animal control. And Lexi who called and lied will have charges filled on her for falsifying police report. I attached a photo of my “abused and dying cat”

Finding a vet that actually cares about our cats has proven to be a nearly impossible task over the last few years. It seemed anytime I would try a new vet, I would leave having spent hundreds to thousands of dollars, and feeling confused as to what just happened. I have had a complete 180 experience at Lone Tree Animal Care! The front desk staff is always incredibly kind and helpful. We can typically get an appointment within one day. We have only ever seen Dr Nav, but she is just awesome. You can tell she truly wants our cats to be healthy and happy, and she goes the extra mile every time to explain our options, without pushing us in one direction. I always leave feeling informed, and confident that my cats got the care that they deserve. Thank you Lone Tree Animal Care!!

This place was so clean. The staff was super friendly. The doctor was very knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable. I thought they were fantastic. My dog was truly suffering and they they took care of it for us. His elbows were totally infected and the size of baseballs previous vet was not taking very good care of them. And they looked like chopped up steak he had to staples for to close them up. They gave us antibiotics and antibiotic ointment. Now they are looking much better now. I have changed my vets because of this. And they took me in even though I didn’t have Appointment that day. Whoo hoo

My husband and I were looking for a highly rated vet in the area to bring our doggy to. We are new to the Sacramento county area and we didn't have a vet over here, we saw this one on Google and decided to try it on a whim. We didn't care how much we would have to pay to get our doggy checked, what we did care was to hopefully find a good long-term vet. We did find that here and much more. We found one of the nicest vet offices we have ever been to! I've owned dogs my whole life and have been to many vets and this one is one of the best hands down. Staff is very nice any welcoming, the Dr Nav is very sweet, knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. They were very kind and gentle with our doggy. They also gave us estimates and itemized lists of how much each test..etc was so we knew exactly what everything was and what it was for, it was extremely helpful. The office in all areas is very clean and organized. We will definitely make this our home vet for all of our current and future pets. We recently moved to Discovery Bay and needed a new vet. Dr. Nav and her team were amazing! The front desk staff was welcoming, and both the nurses and doctors were caring and knowledgeable. My six-year-old fox terrier, Jack, needed a dental cleaning, and his teeth looked fantastic afterward. I was relieved to learn he didn’t need any extractions—Dr. Nav was transparent and only recommended what was truly necessary. The team also followed up on Jack’s recovery over the next few days, which was much appreciated. Plus, their prices were much more affordable than any other vet we’d been to. I highly recommend Dr. Nav and her team!

I found lone tree animal Care in January when my elderly dog became very ill and the veterinary clinic I had been using for 30 years. Had no appointments for 2 weeks. They referred me to an emergency vet and that was that. Lone Tree Animal Care was able to see her the same day. Sadly she had cancer but the doctors and staff were there for us as we cared for her for her last 2 months. They were amazing.
Friday, a kitten joined our family after he was discovered in the engine compartment of my car. We made a same day appointment again and the little guy is healthy and we will be bringing him in for his shots next week.
