I’ve been to the offices in Challis, Mackay, and Arco - I cannot say enough good things about these wonderful people. I called late one Friday afternoon to see when they could help me with my poor old dog - They stayed late & waited for me that same day & were so very kind and compassionate. I have a kitten with eye problems and they’ve made room for us on short notice not once, but twice.
Everybody who works there is amazing. The nice lady who answers the phone and goes out of her way to help, the good-natured assistants, and Dr. Jernberg, are all just fantastic humans. Great people, excellent care, just the best all the way around. Thank you all for being here!

I love Dr. Jeff and his staff. They are so welcoming and willing to share their knowledge which is very extensive. They are worth every mile of the drive to have them help us with our horses.

My little buddy was really sick and Dr. Bennett didn't give up on him. He gave him a blood transfusion and treated him with B12 and vitamin K. After stabilizing they were able to pull his infected teeth. He is feeling better, hopping up right away to go outside, eating all his food and wagging his tail. Chewie says thank you! The vets here always take good care of our pets.

Dr Bennetts was amazing when our rescue dog found herself with a round beef bone stuck tightly around her bottom jaw and we/she couldn’t remove it. He sedated her, cut the bone off, clipped her nails, and reversed sedation. He met us on a Friday night in an emergency situation and we are so grateful for his skill and compassion.

Bumm Fuzz

Today I look my love in to the clinic in Arco. She was actively dying (my kitty). She was old, and had kidney failure. I had called ahead, so they were expecting me. I was greeted warmly and taken to an exam room. The tech came in annd gave me a few things to fill out. The vet came in annd quickly examined her, and told me what was going on. I was there to make sure she wasn’t in pain any longer. He gave me a few minutes alone, then came and gave her the sedative. I spent about 5 minutes saying my goodbyes. Then he and an assistant came in and shaved her leg, started a small line into a vein, and gave her the last med. it was peaceful and quiet. It was the best possible experience, considering. I was a crying mess. They made a mold of her paw, and gave me that, and a small vial with some fur, and a very nice card. They were professional, empathetic, and compassionate. I will be forever grateful for the care they gave to her, and to myself

The entrance was a change! It was fresh and clean (not that I didn’t love Kleal, he was awesome) and a nice surprise. The exam room was also very clean and bright it was very welcoming.

Dr. Bennetts is great! He is great large and small animal vet abd is willing to go the extra mile. He met me on Sunday afternoon to deal with a very sick cat after already do a ranch call for a sick calf. They are extending the practice to Arco.
