I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars on my dogs at other vets to no avail. Shaughnessy took my concerns seriously, paired me with the right doctor for my dogs, and has completely turned their health around. This is the most incredible vet I’ve ever been to from facility, to employee attitudes, to actually caring for my dogs and wanting them to be better. Thank you for everything you do!

As soon as I moved to Lombard from the city I went looking for a new vet. I didn’t have to look long or hard before I stumbled upon this gem. From the very first day I can honestly say that my dog and I have been treated as nothing less than family here. The warmth and care the doctors and staff provide is truly unmatched. They fit you in whenever they can and they truly cater to their clients. I want to give a huge shout out to Dr Britton - she’s so sweet and so kind and works with you and cares about your budget. Also a special shout out to Grace and Liz in PT - they will always have such a special place in my heart for the way they treat my dog as if she is their own. I highly recommend LVH- they truly care about your pet, they give you options in terms of treatment and cost and they are there whenever you need them. Their new facility is beautiful. They have a great physical therapy program. Super flexible hours. Marli and I will be life long clients for sure!

Had to make an emergency visit today do to my dog bleeding heavily from nose I was really worried. The lady in the front was very helpful and understanding taking action right away.. unfortunately I didn't get her name.

I have a bearded dragon that I take to see Dr. Kline and he is a PHENOMENAL veterinarian. He handles my lizard with care and is full of compassion. A very great person with a great attitude. The whole facility is very kind. Highly recommend for any exotic animals!

Just want to say thank you to the team at Lombard vet hospital. My normal vet was closed and I had a cat pass away at home in the night. They got me in no questions asked and took Great care on a Sunday morning. It’s a hard time to loose a family pet but Zack was great and the entire team made it a smooth process for me. Thanks guys ! I have nothing but good things to say about Lombard Veterinary Hospital. I have gone to many different vets in the past and actually ended up switching here after two very stressful experiences (rushing in a found pet that someone had hit with their car, and for my own pet emergency on a holiday) that they handled so well. Their compassion, kindness, and professionalism was outstanding in these difficult situations.

My cat has had a multitude of health issues arise unexpectedly this year, so we are regulars now, and are always met with great care and empathy from every single staff member, even over the phone. We see Dr. Korput or Dr. Feutz and often CVT Amanda - they are absolutely incredible and always go above and beyond!

The new building is beautiful and I appreciate the separated areas for dogs and cats/small animals, my cat is not as stressed here compared to shared waiting areas for that reason. I find their pricing to be pretty standard and often better than other vets I've gone to. If you are worried about costs and don't already have pet insurance, I highly encourage you to start there. For me, it has paid for itself and saved me on issues (asthma, IBD, cancer) that would be deemed "pre-existing conditions" and not covered if I didn't have the insurance prior to diagnosis.

I was blown away by the care my dog received here. They got us in last minute on a holiday which was a huge relief. My dog was treated with kindness, love & compassion every step of the way. Dr. Cornell was so kind, informative, collaborative and able to make me feel heard. We agreed on a treatment plan that we both felt confident in. I could tell the treatment team put effort into every small detail of our visit with them. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for high quality care for their pet.
