After reviewing the reviews! I was hesitant but did a tour with Ms. Quila and love the center! Great events, curriculum and teachers! Ms. Quila stated they fired some staff and things went crazy! But overall my baby loves this school!

Take a good look at the restrooms in this daycare facility. That should be enough to not trust these people with your children. The shalanda (owner) employs her family members who walks around with the worst attitudes imaginable. There has been multiple reports of child abuse at the hands of shalandas family that she refuses to acknowledge or take care of. Whenever you ask Shalanda about an incident it either did not happen or the cameras are not working. Not to mention she tries use thugs to harass parents as a “scare” tatic smh which does not work. This place should be shut down!

I ain’t gonna lie I had to do my research before I brought my kids here. Those previous reviews almost scared me off. About the staff and the boy that cut his lip.But I had to follow my gut instinct. Something told me to give this place a try. Every other daycare wanted too much just for my kids to start with little or nothing in return. I went here I had the pleasure to meet the owner Miss Punkin I believe her name is, The directors and the teachers. Kids were all well mannered. My kids loved it! I signed on immediately thank you finally a daycare that actually cares

If I could give this daycare a negative I would certainly! To know first and foremost that they have cameras and they were not working during an incident that involves a child/children is mind blowing. As a mother,a concerned citizen and parent when something is not working anymore in a day care you as the owners,workers and staff should notify parents of such. ESPECIALLY when to the parents and guardians knowledge that they are on and working. It makes you question their ability as care takers and people when you don’t be honest about things like cameras not working. Why are the cameras not working , sounds very strange right.it’s heartbreaking to hear different stories from the same person and turn around and hear something even different from the owner! I don’t understand the Malicious people and owner but do not have your kids come here there is other day cares

I've never used this daycares service but I was strongly considering it since I have relatives who's children attended for years on years and had heard no major complaints. I know one bad incident shouldnt taint my inquiry but yeah this was too big a bad incident to overlook. I also have a friend who's child was attending but no longer does because he went to preschool. I have a one year old son and newly 3 yr old daughter I wanted to enroll. But after reading the latest reviews and actually hearing about the incident with the one year old boy from current parents I am super disappointed. I wouldnt take a chance on a facility like this. My one year old taking a command such as "get down" from being on a table wouldve been the exact same outcome. As a previous owner of a home daycare, the workers need retraining and this is way too serious a matter to take lightly. You do NOT tell a one year old GET DOWN, as a master in Child Psych or just having common sense and LOVE for children, anyone knows that an innocent child is thinking "PLAY". Why didnt the employee get up and get the child down. Avoiding the jump off the table altogether? My friend made lots of pleas to me about how she'd still use them meanwhile I couldnt stomach knowing that something like this was taken lightly. I dont know any more details as to what happened to the employee or if the facility was thoroughly investigated but honey child, not my babies. It's hard enough trusting people with the care of your child but to hear about the story, then to see this and then read the reviews. I will not be moving forward with my inquiry. I hope the facility remedies the situation. I hope the little one heals happily, peacefully, and speedily. So sorry that happened. It's a NO for me. The facility needs time to restructure.

I recommend not sending your child here AT ALL. Children are not being watched properly. MORE than ONE incident of BABIES being hurt due to teachers NOT actively attending to the children. 0/10 do NOT recommend. If you want your children to have a SAFE environment I do NOT RECOMMEND this establishment. Very unprofessional staff.

Their attitudes and overall demeanor is bad and rude. Majority of them walk around without speaking. They don’t have the warm personality that I’m use to daycare members possessing. They don’t have abilities to truly teach and guide students. I question their experience. Seems like a lot of play time and no work and dedication. I wouldn’t advise sending your children there

When I say I love this school I mean I love it wish I could give it 10 stars. Not one person I met has not been nice. I had a bad experience with a home daycare and I needed so bad to pull my princess out and the staff has been so helpful with are transition. My son is a order kid so it’s usually harder to please him , but he enjoys going there too . They give you a calendar of what they will be doing / learning the whole month and so far my daughter been there two weeks and I have been going over the things with her and she knows it. This gives me so much peace knowing that my kids are in great hands. My daughter is always excited at 6 am to be headed there to see her friend and teachers.
