Terrible facility with the worst possible management imaginable. How this place hasnt been shut down by state yet is a miracle. If you have loved ones there I'd recommend finding literally ANYWHERE else. Wish i could rate it no stars because one star is extremely generous.

This place is awful! My grandson is there. He’s been hospitalized several times for malnutrition and infected bedsores to the point where gangrene has set in.

Fantastic facility!! I have been very impressed from the very first phone call. The day I went and toured the facility, staff was friendly and welcoming! The facility is clean and updated! Jennie, you did a fantastic job, I asked a million questions and you answered every one of them! Jennie was able to get our family member moved quickly and efficiently to Life Care Center of Andover. They also started pt on our friend within a week of arriving to the facility. The previous nursing home had let him lay in a bed for two years with basically no pt after his stroke… I’m so thankful for LCCA, you are making a difference in people’s lives!!! ❤️❤️

My experience was superb with Renata and Kari. They were fantastic in helping me achieve all the goals necessary to complete my rehab from a total knee replacement. They were professional, capable, and very personable and pushed me through the pain with encouragement and understanding of the difficulty of the task involved. I would highly recommend their facility and therapists for any needed rehab.

If you want a clean healthy facility for your loved one DO NOT choose this one. My special needs sister was here for a broken leg and the place is filthy!!! It smells terribly and is pure chaos. The halls are full of all kinds of paraphernalia so a fire would be disastrous. Not to mention she went 36 hours without her pain meds and after 4 days had not had any physical therapy or a shower or bed bath. The nursing staff and aid staff were very kind to my sister but that was it. The director felt it necessary to harass my special needs sister when he found out she was leaving. She didn't even know what he was talking about. This facility needs new administration and definitely a new house keeping dept. Our elderly and disabled deserve much than this nasty facility. ?

This has been a strenuous last few weeks to say the least with dad in the hospital for a week and mom needing 24/7 care...and then I found Lifecare Center of Andover and an honest admissions coordinator Jennie ?she has helped me with the transition and has been great to work with. The whole team has been wonderful to my parents.

Mom loves it here she can socialize and the staff keeps her safe and dad...well let's just say they allow dad to be dad?

My elderly grandmother came for a short stay after an illness. At first we thought it was going to be a good fit, but after one week I feel bad for the long term care residents. They are clearly understaffed, and im sure thats the root of many of the issues. although the staff i interacted with was kind, it can be a challenge to find someone on the floor. Grandma had some complaints about a staff memener, and management took the issue very serious. They say they have "spacious rooms", but my grandmother's room was smaller than most hospital rooms I've been in. There wasn't even space to put a chair, so we couldn't sit down in her room to visit. The court yard has potential but seemed ill cared for. Grandma said meals where frequently late, and often low quality. I think the staff is well meaning but short handed

Life Care Center of Andover helped us in a moment of crisis. We were able to get my mother-in-law on the road to recovery. Their staff was extremely helpful in our moment of crisis. Very thankful to have their knowledge and expertise.
