They did a great job with our rescue dog that had never been groomed before. They also reduced our bill since he didn’t require a full trim. Very professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend

Our guy Murphy is a bag o' cats when it comes to getting groomed. He always gets a stylist that knows how to quiet his little soul during his grooming (a little doggy downer an hour before the appt doesn't hurt either! 😉).

We are new to the area and have used liberty dog spa twice now. The first time he came out fine, but this time it was pretty bad. They completely shaved off a small part on his side, they missed a big chunk near his butt and mouth, and shaved his tail to look like a q-tip even though I said I just wanted the tail to be trimmed and still wispy.

When I picked him up they said he did a great job, and didn’t say anything about him being matted or having trouble grooming him that explains this. I’ve never had him cut so sloppily and unevenly. Had I saw him before I paid, I wouldn’t have tipped 20% on top of everything.

Between this and the location right on a very busy street, we will unfortunately not be returning for future grooming.

I’m new to The Dog Spa and I watch my daughter’s Aussie quite frequently, right now he is shedding mounds of fur. One of their treatments is deshedding so I’m hoping I will notice a difference because right now it’s so bad. Very friendly staff so I’m hoping I will love going here.

Took our one year old Miniature American Shepherd for his first groom. Carlos did a great job! We are very pleased and definitely will be back. Highly recommend, great staff.
