Leo & Lucky’s is the very BEST!! Customer Service can’t be beat. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! Selection is fantastic (top notch!) and prices are extremely competitive. The store is immaculate, dog bath rooms ? and they also have terrific grooming facilities. My four legged babies love them too ?

Anytime I have gone to the store I have had a nice experience so I decided to try the grooming services. Unfortunately, my experience with the grooming was not as great. Our pup had flakes and things all stuck to his fur after the grooming , a lot of spots were matted and had sticky stuff in his fur… I wasn’t even sure they bathed him so when I called to ask they said I could bring him back for them to rinse him but I had to get my husband to the airport and I don’t have time for them to repeat the service right now. But they didn’t offer any other solutions or remorse. Just disappointing. Money and time wasted. We won’t be bringing him back to this groomer 🙁

Very concerned with grooming. Maybe the retail store is good ( I don't know) but stay away from the grooming. Brought dog in for appt, and girl was dismissive and acting like she doesn't want to be there. Didn't even greet the dog, I mean, c'mon, what pet store/groomer doesn't greet the animal to put them at ease... I think they are in the wrong business. Now, just imagine leaving your adorable pet there with active cutting tools everywhere, ouch!!! No thanks, just sketchy. Safe to say, I canceled the appt.

Cali loves to come to Leo & Lucky's because she loves the food, she gets her bath and don't forget the pup cup too. She loves all the associates because they are kind and give her pup cups.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE GROOMING!!!!!!
You are WARNED! I had dropped my dog off and keep in mind my dog has been getting groomed since she was a puppy . When I walked in to pick her up there was a loud howling like a painful cry one I never heard before specially not from my dog , yes she barks but never has that painful howl . I didn’t know it f it was my dog or someone’s dog all I knew that the dog was obviously in pain or discomfort. I said wow that poor dog is howling crying so bad are they okay ? Has anyone checked on them ? Girl smiles say that dog been doing that for a long long time . So my husband walks towards back concerned maybe dog hurt . (Not knowing who’s dog it don’t matter it’s the fact there is a dog in pain or discomfort. I continue to talk with front desk I say he loves animal just worried she response it’s your dog ya she been like that for a while . We get her she is a mess I walk out notice her behind full of poop my leg from lifting her and arm full poop her stomach feet all in poop ! THIS IS HOW THEY HANDED MY DOG TO ME. ALSO KEEP IN MIND THEY DONT CARE HOW LONG A DOG IS IN PAIN OR CRYING THEY WILL JUST SAY YA THEY BEEN DOING THAT FOR LONG TIME if you ask them they f they checked they just smile . THEY DONT CARE AT THIS PLACE . It is abuse to keep a dog in a cage full of poop and ignore them . MANAGERS responded I will talk to them they care about animals ! What are you serious this is how they care . BE CAREFUL TO F THIS PLACE THEY DONT CARE AT ALL ! I also don’t know what else happened because my dog is cage trained sleeps in her cage at night when It was time to go to sleep she wouldn’t go in there and had a panic attack heavy breathing to the point she threw up ! WATCH WHERE YOUBTAKE YOUR DOGS OKEASE THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN !
