It’s a hell hole! I have never seen such horrible care in my life and I have been to plenty of skilled nursing facilities with both of my parents. I would never ever send a family member there! Their health actually decline's!! and they are left unattended for Hours at a time!

I wanted to take a minute to leave a review , so many negative reviews for these types of facilities. I have been in this situation with my grandpa for a couple of months now and I will say after touring and researching other facilities this is definitely one of the better ones. I pray my grandpa can continue to stay here, through all the ups and downs I can assure you this is definitely one of the better options. There are some really great people that do care here. While not everything has been perfect, compared to other places this is top notch. Also I would like to say Jackie at the front desk is fabulous!!!! I appreciate everyone that has assisted me during this difficult time and I do appreciate everything you do. It’s not an easy job and I do understand that. If you are looking for a facility this is definitely one to be considered , I would not hesitate to choose this facility. Great location , clean , no smells , and a decent amount of staff that cares. Not perfect but no where is, I’m telling you this is one of the better facilities hands down.

If you hate your family send them there ! Roaches , filthy , minimum pt. Nurses are extremely unprofessional and do not care . One confirmed that they purposely mistreat the patients if they complain . Please beware and stay away !

This is a terrible facility. My Mother was here for 2 weeks during April and May 2022. The CNA's and Nurse's don't give a darn about you or your health. My mother was sobbing every night because of the way she was treated. Never in her life was she treated so bad. They cannot get you your pain meds on time, they treat you like a 2nd class citizen, they'll lie to your face and ignore you if you call for assistance. They are understaffed and cannot provide the care that is required of a rehab facility. I will give credit to the PT's who work here as well as the housekeeping personnel. They were kind and helpful much more than the social director, CNA's and Nurse's. Believe it or not, this facility was rated as a 5 star rehab center according to Strata Health. This rating must have been pre-Covid. I do not recommend. We have provided feedback to the facility as well as posting this publicly. We would not want anyone else to go through what my mother went through.

My mom stayed there after a hip fracture. The people are fair but and as nice as they can be but typically don’t have answers when they are needed. You kind of feel like you are a burden when asking for help with your loved one. I think the nurses have too many patients because my mom was neglected on several occasions. She has been there a week and hasn’t had a shower, they didn’t even come one night when she needed to go to the bathroom to pee, they missed her pain meds before PT, didn’t put her compression stockings on when they said they would be right back. She has called me in tears several times. I’m moving her out of there because of this. Some nurses are wonderful. Some employees have an attitude that I suspect is due to being overwhelmed. The state needs to re evaluate if 8 patients is too much. Health care is a business anymore and not about the patients. This all has set her recovery back. She has stage 4 cancer and Parkinson’s too. She needed much better care than this so called 5 star facility has given.

I was in this rehab for several days after my hospitalization. The staff was pleasant and efficient but the facility is quite dated and needs a facelift. The bathroom was teeny and there was no shower. Had to use the “spa” and only twice a week.
The food was limited , not much choice and hardly no fresh fruit. I am diabetic and requested more protein with meals which I did receive.
Thankfully I didn’t require too much therapy and I asked to leave after 3 days.
Would have preferred Cypress Cove.

My father had been there less than 2 days before having to return to the hospital. They refused to provide him with medicine, contact his Drs, or provide him with an appropriate diet. When he called for help no one came, and he had to call me, and then I had to call myself and demand someone go help him. DO NOT allow anyone you care for to go to this facility. It’s was only due to my diligence in checking on him, that something more catastrophic didn’t happen.

My mother was there 3 and half years ago. Healthpark used hippa as tool to tell the family and my dad nothing.

They placed my mom in another facility that was not able to provide the care my mom needed. Basically that just moved her out anywhere.

The manager of the new place, beg us to get my mother into a proper facility for proper medical care to go with my mom's condition. Of course my mom refused to leave.

My mom died 3 months later. Due to being placed in the wrong facility for her medical needs by health park rehab case manager.

My dad died 1 month later from heart failure. He never recovered from my mom's death and the stress caused by the case manager at health park rehab.
