It is a sad case to have such a bad experience in a matter of only 3 minutes of being in the store. I stopped in, with my mother because we both foster cats and dogs. We saw that she had some interesting toys to see. Being on a budget, I try to check prices to get the best bang for my buck. Upon price checking 2 items, then I asked her “how much does this toy cost?”. Rudely she responds, “I’m not interested in price matching, you can leave”. I didn’t say anything to her about price matching and if the price wasn’t to my liking, I would have left regardless. The professionalism was not there and I strongly feel discriminated against. This treatment was unfortunate and I hope no one else has to go through what I went through

I’ve come here twice to use the self dog wash with my Lab who hates getting batha. The place is really clean, friendly and well organized. The shower set up is quite nice, with a nozzle that can dispense shampoo/conditioner. 10/10 will come again.

not sure what all the negative nancys are crying about but I found this place to be PAWsome! It was my first time here and I thought it was a very kind and welcoming atmosphere. I didn’t catch the person’s name when I went (July 7, around 11am i think?) Anyway, it was my pups 12th birthday and she was so kind and sweet to my boy! He loved all the treats I bought for him and he never got sick. I bought him ice cream, a cookie, and a half dozen pupcakes and he loved them all! I was impressed by the size of the cupcakes as they were pretty big; i was able to cut them in half to give to my 11 pound shih tzu. The lady was super friendly as I asked about the ingredients in each item to ensure everything sounded safe. Definitely would recommend 🙂

Love this local spot! The self wash station is so great and cost friendly, and was just freshly cleaned when we arrived! There wasn’t a rush to get us out either, which I so appreciated since I have a big fluffy dog that take a bit more work and time to clean and dry.

Love this place and have it within walking distance. Highly recommend!

We stopped in yesterday to get a cake for our dogs birthday and we arrived after close, but the person working graciously let us in and let us purchase a cake and treats. Our 5 year old rescue loved it!!! Thank you!

Was hoping to get a treat for my dog on his birthday. Hours say close at 7 though I arrived at 5:35pm only to see its shut an hour and a half early.

Giving 2 stars because I got a cake from here last year and it was cute. Taking 3 away because I drove here from the Southside (took me about 50 minutes) and they were not open. Both Google and their door showed hours that would suggest they should be open. I get it’s a small business, but it’s still unprofessional and quite frankly a little irritated that I wasted my time. Just FYI for anyone looking for a cake for their pup - they also have them at For Dogs Sake. They’ve never failed me, just slightly more limited hours (although I’m thinking this has more limited hours than advertised).
