The ladies at Laura's Grooming Nook treated my two girls (Great Pyrenees) with great care. They were pretty dirty when they went in, but came out beautiful and fluffy. They got all of the matts and tangles out. Great job!

My 2 dogs had an appointment at 11am. I called around 3 for an update and she said they'd be done in an hour. 5:30pm came and I still hadn't heard back from them so I went and picked up my dogs regardless if they were done or not. They weren't. They were there for 6 hours and all they had was a bath and blow dry and they were still in a cage waiting for her to finish other dogs to get their hair cut.

Then they told me one of my dogs bit through his leash bc of anxiety. He's been to the groomers numerous times and has never done that. It broke my heart. No water, no food, and no potty break the entire time. I got my dogs out of there and they rushed to use the restroom, eat and drink water. It was so sad.

I'm assuming they could tell I was upset bc she didn't charge me for anything which I appreciate but never again will I take my dogs there. I'm reasonable with wait times but that was ridiculous to only have a bath done. Reading other reviews and seems like I'm not the only one who's had this experience. My dogs are my world, they’re my babies and just hope the business owner can understand where I’m coming from.

Once again they did a great job with our two Great Pyrenees. The girls are now clean and fluffy, and smell a lot better, as well. Hats off to these great people who do so well with our dogs! We highly recommend Laura's Grooming Nook!

They are great! My dog always comes back smelling great and looking sharp. They do well with him even though he is weighing close to 150 pounds. They are awesome people and will take my dog here every chance I get
