The technicians aren't trained as well as they should be most are just trainees. Most don't speak English. If u get a pedicure once & go back a few week to get another it will not be the same. They use cheese gratters on your feet aa part of the pedicure. This is not an allowed process by the Board of Cosmetology. these trainees have been know to take off too much skin & make people bleed. The owners wife does the gel nails..she's amazing. These trainee technicians come & go.

Went here to get a gel manicure first color I chose was watery and she kept going over it and finally asked me to chose a different color cause it wasn’t working then 2 days later In the shower the gel just slipped right off my nails. And then My sister went here last week to get her nails done for a party and we had an appointment at 9 and was there waiting for 45 more minutes just for my sister to pay 50$ and her nails pop off the day before the party and then April 9th Saturday the actual day of the party more nails pop off that morning. She is short staffed and needs to get better nail products she also needs to go back to school to learn how to do nails my sisters nails were bendy and as think as paper. I do not recommend this lady

I love this place!! Every time I am there they are all in such a great mood! sometimes they can be quite busy and have to wait a bit but yesterday I was in and out in an hour and a half for a fill and pedicure! So glad we finally got a nice, clean, and friendly nail place in Lakeport! And my nails look amazing! I’ve tried several other places in Lakeport and was always disappointed. Definitely recommend, I always call ahead of time to schedule an appointment but always can get me in the same day I call.

She did a horrible job the whole time she talked about how she takes her time to please the customer and make sure that they come back look what she did charge $55 for this I want my money back and I will never refer anybody to them ever again took her an hour and 45 minutes

That was literally the best pedicure I have ever had! Very thorough, and not rough! I will always request the same nail professional.
Every one was friendly and provided excellent customer service. I got the "deluxe" pedicure, for $45.00; I got Jasmine scent in the water, gardena lotion, scrub, callus removal, paraffin foot (feet) treatment, hot stone massage and hot towel. What a value! You don't even get 1/2 that at the other places. I was even given a new cloth mask as a Christmas present. Thank you, I WILL BE BACK!
