I visited the new clinic today for Levi’s annual vaccinations and was highly impressed with the experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the facility was immaculate. This was my first visit to the new location, and I was struck by its spacious layout. I particularly appreciated the separate areas for dogs and cats, which created a calm and quiet environment.

The exam rooms were large, well-maintained, and very clean. Levi had a wonderful visit with Dr. Bethany Sakowski, who thoroughly answered all of my questions. Our veterinary technician, Sarah, was also incredibly friendly and helpful. Levi received his vaccines with ease and even enjoyed some tasty treats. Overall, it was an excellent visit, and I look forward to returning in the future.

I visited Knoll for the first time this week and had a fantastic experience! I went to 3 vets to get quotes for dental cleanings and Knoll exceeded all my expectations.

I have 2 cats and one is quite anxious. He tends to hiss and swat and just generally act like a big jerk. Dr. Knoll and her team were so sweet and understanding with him. She also found a heart murmur in one of my cats which my regular vet didn’t hear at their annual check up last week. I felt like the whole team really cared about my cats and their well-being and I didn’t feel rushed/pressured into anything. I also love that they separate cats and dogs. Milo gets really freaked out by dogs barking and we used to go to a cat only clinic when he was younger so that was a nice bonus.

Of the 3 vets I went to this week, Knoll is where my cats seemed most comfortable so this is where we’ll be going for the foreseeable future!

My dog ate a chocolate orange yesterday so we had to rush him here. Absolutely horrible situation and the staff was wonderful as always. We have been going here for years even after we moved. We love knoll vet! My dog is back to his happy self!

My little Buddy had a great first visit to Knoll. The staff greeted us warmly & took immediate care of Buddy. Dr Sakowski was wonderful. She was as gentle as my puppy was playful. Great match!! Sarah & Haley are wonderful techs. I strongly recommend Knoll Animal Hospital as a perfect place to bring a pet. It was a terrific experience, many thanks!

After moving into the area, we needed to establish care and take care of a couple of chronic minor issues with our little furry family. They were able to get us all in at the same time (2 senior cats and 1 dog) which helps reduce their anxiety. From the front desk staff to the techs, to Dr S, we were impressed and very satisfied that our little ones are in good hands for their care!

They now moved to a bigger clinic with a bigger parking space. Each of the rooms are spacious as well. Still amazing staff!!!

This is my dog’s clinic ever since we got him. So far, so good and it has been over two years. It is a fear-free clinic and they are super patient with my dog, Koko who apparently has some anxiety. We were advised to take anti-anxiety meds prior to visits to ensure Koko stays calm during the examinations and ensured us that it is safe to take. Everyone is very nice, polite, and friendly. The inside of the clinic is clean. Good parking spots. It is a pretty busy clinic so sometimes it takes 2 weeks before you can get in for a consultation/appointment. They offer emergency visits though if need be. All doctors are very knowledgeable and kind. I love Dr. Maas, she is our personal favorite! She is thorough with her examination and answered all my questions and concerns with patience. She offered good suggestions to find the root of the problem. I can see and feel that she really cares. Clinic visits, exams, and tests are super expensive so I suggest getting a pet insurance. Also, this clinic offers membership plans and preventive care plans. I really do appreciate the hard work, love, good treatment, and kindness this clinic gives to our beloved animals.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The prices are better than other veterinarians, as far as I can tell. Their basic yearly plan pays for itself within 3 visits, which is a great value! It's nice not having to pay for an appointment fee when my cat gets sick or has issues. As with any medical practice, I'd still say to do what you can to save money because typically what the professionals want you to pay for through them you can get for cheaper by yourself or by trying another method altogether, but this practice at least readily provides prices when asked and do not seem to be bothered when patients ask for them, unlike some places that seem to think asking about how much we'll have to pay is rude. They have empathy and you can tell they are real people with their own bills who understand their patients have a valid worry about costs. Their new location also seems to be much nicer and roomier!
