I've been bringing my 2 Maine Coons for their cuts a couple of times a year for the last few years. Patti and Kaitlyn both do excellent jobs and are so good with both of them! Both are so nice and really take their time cleaning them up! Great job ladies!

My dad called for a shaving, for my cat Whiskers. We get a phone call 2 days after and saying that they can no longer do Whiskers because he’s to much to handle. Ok? Why not say that to began with, before we made the appointment? I get he bites and scratches. But for you to cancel the appointment and not just say it then and there honestly terrible. Plus you guys cut some of his whiskers to short, and get almost all of his whiskers. Then his hair on the legs are uneven. Very disappointing service, would not recommend.

Hands down the best pet grooming place in town! I’ve taken my 7 month old goldendoodle pup here twice for a full grooming service and each time has been fantastic. Our first appointment, I had asked for a teddy bear cut and they did not disappoint. Today, my boy had a poodle cut and I could not be happier! Booking over the phone, dropping my fur baby off and, picking him back up are always a breeze. He always comes back clean, handsome, soft, and smelling amazing.

UPDATE: It’s been a while, but I am updating my review because the last time I took my dogs to KK Pretty Paws for a poodle cut (shaved faces/paws) they got skin burns.

I am not one that usually writes reviews but this upset me so much. We had been bringing our pup to KKs for a little while now. We had stopped because the older lady, Patty I believe is her name was just so rude when they were on Washington st.
We saw that they relocated and decided to give them another shot. This was the third time back and when we picked up our pup yesterday she seemed different. Like being mad at me or giving me the "cold shoulder".
When she got home she ran right under the bed. She was favoring her behind and at a closer look it was very red and irritated.

This morning when I was able to get a closer look after a night of her barking and not being happy, she recieved the worst cut she has ever had. She is so uneven on her face, one leg hair is shorter then the other and she has a line down her back of missed shaved hair and on and on. Upon closer look at her rectum, now that she is letting me, the hair is cut all the way to her skin and she is red and sore.

I called Kks and spoke to the Daughter. Told her what was going on and she said her Mom cut my pup. She did offer me to bring my pup in for a fix. Yea, like that's gonna happen.

I don't know what has changed but I would think twice about using this groomer because you just don't know what will happen.

All paws up for this doggy salon! The owner who has a background in vet clinics, (a rarity, and a definite advantage to the grooming community) managed to fit me and my two fur kids in between her appointments for a nail trim, and was super knowledgeable about my breeds (photo of my little trouble maker!) and their personalities! Both were polar opposites on the table for their trims and both were handled professionally and carefully. I would be absolutely thrilled to come and visit again!

I normally don't post or share, but I want to send a shout-out to KK Pretty Paws. The ladies there are absolutely fantastic. My baby girl Sadie never looked better. After several failed attempts at other groomers, I'm glad to finally have a groomer that I trust with my furbaby! Highly recommend

I called about 8 places the day before Christmas Eve as my dogs were in an absolute need of a bath and I failed to get them one before our big Christmas party. They were stinky and we found out our niece was allergic so wanted to try and limit anything we could. KK pretty paws were the last shopped I called and was going to give up, I even said if they can just do one of the dogs and they said, “We can do all 3 in 1.5 hours!!! “

The dogs left. They were finished in less then 2 hours (I have a German Shepherd, Pitbull mix and a Rottweiler) and these dogs came home smelling amazing, feeling so soft and looked so shiny!! Our pittie who hates her nails done and the dryer came
Home with her nails cut and she was completely dry which never happens. So happy with their service and will be coming back!
