Love it here! I highly recommend this center. My child has been here for a year and I have seen a lot of growth within the admin team and teachers. The school is clean, warm and welcoming- I love that the teachers acknowledge my daughter every time she walks in. 10/10 recommend!

Daycare teachers lie, administration is inconsistent on policies and is very difficult to deal with. They constantly defend themselves instead of working with parents. Do not send your child here.

I love kiddie academy for my children. My four year old does amazing work, and the teachers are really creative about how they teach the whole class. My toddler also loves to come here and he has been super expressive since starting in January. This is the best choice I could have made for my children academically. Also the director, assistant director, an education coordinator are extremely helpful, sweet, and supportive in anyway they can.

My child has been going there for the past year, and the KA- Glenview location has surpassed all of our expectations. The teachers are incredible. They are informative, kind, experienced, and go above and beyond to ensure each child feels loved, and all parents feel assured that their child is safe and cared for. We did a lot of research on different childcare centers in the area and are so grateful we landed here. We have nothing but positive things to say! If there ever were any concerns or issues, it was handled promptly and professionally. All of the teachers and staff made it a wonderful place to drop off our child every day. My child was eager to go to school each day, and that is thanks to the excellent teachers and staff!

Our family has an extremely bad experience with our daughter's previous daycare which ended up at a litigation level. After that, it took us a while to look for a better daycare, I looked at almost every daycare. Although the daycare is a little bit far from home, definitely worth it. After experiencing the worst, the distance and tuition really did not matter to us. Kiddie Academy of Glenview staff and teachers really helping my child to learn and adapt well, more importantly at my child's own pace. Both my child, me, and my husband feel very comfortable sending her here. Seeing my daughter smile and really enjoying her day is the best. That's all we needed. I appreciate every single small thing that they do for my child. Every small thing really matters. They have a great team working together. Thank you so much!

I trusted KA Glenview with my children until spring of 2023 when I was heartbroken to learn of a teacher mistreating children in my child's classroom. When I escalated to both the director and the owner, their response was unacceptable. No immediate action was taken, despite the evidence before their eyes, until I escalated it further by calling DCFS and a formal investigation was opened.

(Update as of Feb 2: The KA owner reached out and asked me to clarify here that they did cooperate with DCFS by removing this teacher from the classroom, conducting an investigation and later terminated this teacher.)

That said, I do not feel the leadership team can be trusted as it seemed their main priority was protecting their business, not the safety and wellbeing of the children. Not a day goes by where I don't feel sick to my stomach for what my children were exposed to while there. My child's behavior also drastically improved once they moved to a different school - their anger outbursts stopped completely (which I now know was modeling their teacher's abhorrent behavior.)

I will refrain from sharing more details in order to protect the privacy of my family but I hope you never experience what we did at Kiddie Academy Glenview. Furthermore, I sincerely hope the owner has learned from this situation and has made leadership and organizational changes to ensure this doesn't happen again.

It is also important to note that this review is not reflective of all individual teachers at KA. There were also some really wonderful teachers there when my children attended and I am grateful for those teachers who did properly care for the children.

Update: My daughter has now been attending KA for over a year and she loves it so, so much! She’s excited to go to “school” and literally shuts the door in our faces at drop off because she’s so excited to go play 😅 The teachers and staff are wonderful and it’s amazing to see how much my girl has grown and blossomed under their care. I definitely consider KA part of our “village” and am very thankful for all they do.

My daughter has only been attending Kiddie Academy for 2 and a half months but it's been a fantastic experience for her - and for my husband and I as parents! After trying to work from home and care for her simultaneously for several months, it became very clear that plan was unsustainable. I'm SO GLAD we chose Kiddie Academy to allow us to focus on work during the day while our daughter is given the attention she deserves. It is clear she's learning so much, is very loved and well cared for by the staff and thriving overall.
