They really care for your pets. Great small town clinic with professional staff and doctors. Although we have to drive an hour and a half to see them, we don’t mind at all with the quality of work and care that is offered to our pets.

I only gave 3 stars because booking appts are typically 3 or 4 weeks out and even then there's no guarantee that Dr Vicky will be able to keep your appt. However, she is excellent with her care and worked with me financially when my dog was found to need 2 different surgeries at one time to save her life. She discounted the surgery and accepted what I was able to pay. For that they get 3 stars.
There is a discount for seniors but its not very much and doesn't cover meds, which my dogs are on for the rest of their lives. I'm hoping to find a pet insurance that they will take as the care for my senior dogs and their heart conditions is becoming too expensive.
If they won't accept pet insurance I can afford, then I'm off to another vet.

I think $209.00 to x-ray a paw is excessive. $60 for an office visit is reasonable but it literally costs nothing to do an x-ray. Nothing. Zero. Nada. Profit, yes, ok... but rob us blind? Many folks around here don't have much. Driving to Bakersfield isn't an option for many who love their companion animals. Taking advantage of that fact with wildly exorbitant fees is quite distasteful. The medical care here is good but the leadership has lost it's way. Vicki, please come back home to why you became a Vet, and treat your neighbors with more compassion. You'll still be OK charging a fair 20-40 dollars for an x-ray, and people will appreciate not having to decide between feeding their beloved animal or getting her much needed medical services they can't afford. I can't afford this x-ray, so my dog will continue to suffer and i will continue to not know why.

Dr Vicky and her staff are the absolute best! I've had half a dozen surgery's done here and I have a bunch of healthy dogs.. thank you guys!!

Loving, patient and very compassionate with not just my fur baby but myself. I took him in to get his shots and discovered he had several abscessed teeth and heart disease. Dr Vickey was able to remove 15 teeth and treat his heart with medication. I would have never known he has a heart murmur and serious heart disease. With continued follow-up my dog will be able to live a healthy life for several more years. Everyone in the office is extremely kind especially the lovely lady with the beautiful long curly hair whom answers the phones. The only issue is Dr. Vicki is such a popular and very good vet that she is extremely busy. I'm so grateful for her and the staff. I would recommend this Vet to everyone. He also enjoyed the visit from the resident cat.
