Dr Ireland is great. We took our Pyrenees in to see her after several other vets had failed to help her. Dr Ireland properly diagnosed and treated her, and actually saved her life. Kentmere is now our regular vet. We recently added a malamute puppy to our pack and now both dogs go to Kentmere.

Been taking various cats here for years. I guess Dr. Coogan retired as I never see him anymore. Drs. Snyder & Ireland took over the reins I think. Both competent vets, both showing a willingness to listen to the pet owner before diagnosis. I would recommend this practice.

I hate to give a 2 star rating because a four years ago when I had to put my dog down, they were great. But something's changed over there in the time since and it's def not a good thing.

I recently gave Brandywine Veterinary Hospital in Greenville a try after 2 disappointing visits at Kentmere and am SO glad I did. Night and day! The office is so much more comfortable and the staff are great - professional, friendly and responsive. And, a procedure to remove a growth on my dog cost half of what Kentmere had quoted.

I've been taking my pets to Kentmere/ Dr Coogan for 34 years. He's seen my dogs and cats throughout their lifespans. He has a conservative approach that you can rely on because he only suggests a test or procedure when it's absolutely warranted. Instead, he stresses prevention and protection to keep our pets healthy. I believe that all the other medical and office staff are of the highest quality, and I recommend the practice without exception.

Amazing vet that puts you and your pet first instead of making money being their priority. Dr Murphy, Dr Snyder, and Dr Coogan are amazing!!!! The staff is excellent. If you don’t get through call back. Because of their excellent service and prices, they can be very busy sometimes!

I have been going to Kentmere since I was a child with my parent's dogs, and then as an adult with my own rescue kittens and cats. As a farmhand and pet lover, I have been to many vets over the years and Kentmere (Dr. Coogan and all staff!) have stood out and been incredible. While Dr. C may seem short to those who want lengthy conversations, he never fails to answer any and all questions and is honest, hardworking, and compassionate. Kentmere has been there through my dogs that have been put down, 2 week old failure to thrive kittens I brought in anxiously, and fat cats who were nothing but mean to the amazing staff - who were all still kind, despite the claws and hissing. My heart will break when/if I move away because there is no place like Kentmere.

My husband and I took our Bella to Dr. Syder for the first time today. She was very professional and through. Her vet techs were great. They all took wonderful care of our dog. The prices are reasonable there. They didn't try to sell us everything we don't need.
