My golden doodle had a great stay for 11 days with Kennels in the Country. At check in, we were able to get detailed information and discuss the best plan for taking care of our pup. I loved that we were able to call and get updates daily on her stay. She is very active and loved the outdoor time! They also took time to teach her how to use a puppy door. We were very thankful to have a safe place for our pup to stay while we were away. Compared to other places we have boarder our pup, we loved the small family feel to this place. Thank you again to the lovely staff at Kennels in the Country!

My wife and I boarded our dog with this place a week ago. We normally use our dogs vet but this one time we decided to use a closer kennel with a “better” price point. When arriving to drop my dog off I was surprised to find out that for quality care for my dog was an up charge for anything you could think of. Example let him out in a fenced in yard. A fee was required for each day. During my dogs stay he was injured. No one know what had happened to him. They told us he must have hurt him self going into his kennel. We had him picked up. They wrapped his foot so tightly it caused major swelling and discomfort for him. We had our dog vetted to find he had lost 10 lbs during his stay. Now paying for that on top of his boarding. Needless to say I do not care for this kennel and my dog will not return back. If you want to keep you animals healthy use another place.

We boarded the doggies for the week of Thanksgiving. Never have used a boarding service but have always noticed this one on my drives. Couldn't have been happier. The dogs loved it and were very happy when we picked them up. Will definitely recommend and use them again!

Great place to board your pet when you're out of town. We've boarded our Yorkie there several times and he's always excited when we drop him off. Great people, clean facility.

If you have an active dog I would not recommend this place. We left our German Shepherd there for a week she has gained over 5lbs maybe more. She had had no social activity with any other dogs,(she had been growling and over excited with any stimulation). The guy said he would put her in isolation to start with because her haggles were up when we got there (new environment), but obviously that's where she stayed for a week.We payed 250.00 for them to work with her and keep her simulated. That obviously didn't happen. My dog who super social is now super sciddish, I am so upset about this. To top it off the girl up front kept referring to my female as a he, that lets me know the kind of interaction they had with each other.
