My family and I absolutely love Kelly's Kritters. They went above and beyond just a grooming. I have a Yorkie that has had some issues with going potty and they gave us a cream to out on her bottom and asked us to come back to follow up. And they did a wonderful job grooming them. I am definitely going back.

I started taking my Aussie to Kelly’s Kritters several years ago. I couldn’t keep up with her grooming myself. They do a wonderful job. I take my 2 Chi’s there regularly for shampoo and nail trim. One is hyper and the other is a grouch so I’m very happy to have this great groomer just around the corner.

Simply the best! In 10 years I’ve had nothing but good things to say about them! The secret is out because they are BUSY! They’ll still take time to do my guys nails whenever I show up. Highly recommend!!

I took in four dogs for a nail trim, with no appointment. They were so fast, friendly, and very insightful. I now know one of the dogs sharpens his dew claws on purpose! AMAZING price on a nail trim!

My wife and 4 y/o son took our 45 lbs, adult female husky in for a nail trim. We’ve had the dog for about 3 weeks. She was in a shelter for almost three months before we got her and can be skittish around new folks. She’s primarily interested in how many belly-rubs she can accumulate. She can be demanding and uses her paw to direct your hand down to her chest.
The whole crew returned within about 15 minutes of leaving for the nail trim, with my wife in tears. She said they had no sooner arrived than the male groomer took our dog, which was great. My wife had enough time to tell him the dog’s name and began saying that she could be skittish, when the lady groomer turned around and leaned down to rub our dog’s head and neck. Our dog pawed at the woman, who reeled back as if she’d been punched.
That resulted in a tirade of obscenities from both groomers who threw my family out with threats of a lawsuit. Of course, I only have one side of the story, but even if the dog was being aggressive rather than wanting a belly rub, the lack of professional behavior, especially in front of a little kid is hard to comprehend. A groomer who threatens to sue after being pawed seems overly dramatic. I get it, there are vicious animals who attack and seriously injure people, but that’s not what happened here.
Be wary taking your pet to these folks. It could cost you.
Ironically, they felt the need to tell my wife to not come back. There’s no chance of that happening.
