Called because my dog needed just a valley fever test. I was quoted 209 dollars for a panel of tests that she does not need however it includes the Valley Fever test. I was quoted 223 dollars for the test alone. I said you know that makes no sense right. Receptionist says yes I know. I said can you explain this to me. She said no and informed me there would be an additional 77 dollars on top of each of these prices. Either better training is needed for the staff or this is just ridiculous.

I’ve had great success with using Kachina Animal hospital. While nothing medically related whether it be human or Vet, one can expect to whip out the credit card so to speak. My service dog was basically always treated there and she had no fears or anything with going there. That was a big bonus. Some have said Kachina is high in prices which I’m not worried about price so much but rather keeping my counted on daily to be as healthy as she needs to be. Plus kachina has/had overnight access should you need them after hours on an emergency. Also if your a veteran they will give you a discount so that two was a really nice bonus for them to give us.

Thank you Kachina for all your help-en keeping my girl as healthy as she could be and since her passing I’ll hopefully be training my new pup as soon as space is open in the classes in Phoenix and having y’all taking an active roll in his/her care!

To clear icy why only 4 stars, well I really give them 41/2 stars but my thinking and theory is there’s always something someone could find needing improvement so I don’t give out 5 stars only for that reason. This is the case on most of my reviews for anyone.

Our dog Brie is always treated the Best way possible. We go in every 2 weeks for toenail trims...she hates it but she's her best with them!

I live in the Verde Valley, and my cat became ill quickly and was clearly going to die if he did not get help. Nobody in the local area could see him that morning, so I drove him to Kachina. I am beyond happy I did. They saved his life, saved me potentially thousands had I taken him to the emergency hospital (as recommended by the local vets) as he had to stay for several days, followed up regularly, and were just wonderful with my cat. I highly recommend them to anyone that asks.

They really took good care of tiny little "Lilu" . She is not easy to work on and can really be an emotional wreck if mis- handled. She came home happy, relaxed and her ear infection was perfectly treated like nothing had happened! Thank you staff and Doctors at Kachina Animal Hospital.

Kachina Animal Hospital is the best. I was from out of town at a herding trial when my dog developed discomfort in her ears. They got me in to see the doctor last minute and stayed late to complete her treatment. We were able to return to the trial and compete the following day. I can not express how please I was with the whole staff. Thank you all.
