Very friendly staff and professional grooming and boarding services, as well as training. My little buddy came home after a 2 week board and train a well trained dog, clean, and we'll mannered.

The owners of this facility were very respectful and caring, and more importantly, honest about the service my dog would require.

The facility itself is very impressive and is perfect for small and large breed dogs!

I have loved getting to work with K9 Junction in a variety of avenues! I have had the pleasure of getting my dogs groomed and working with their trainers. They will tell it like it is and do best by the dog. It's hard to find honest people now a days, but K9 Junction is run by some of the best.

I literally travel across the country to work with their permanent trainers and the trainers they bring in for seminars (some of the top trainers nationally and internationally). They make many trainers not worth the money, once you realize how much progress your dog makes with their training suggestions. The facility is always clean and temperature controlled, for all weather types!

Everytime we attend a seminar at the performance center, I always make sure the dogs also get groomed! They have the BEST smelling products, and the dogs always come home CLEAN!

Our experience with K9 Junction was nothing short of disappointing. While the trainer may have expertise in dog training, she is completely unprofessional when it comes to interacting with customers. She judges both people and their dogs without knowing anything about them, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere.

Within the first 20 seconds of meeting her—before we said anything beyond "hello"—she immediately made harsh and uninformed comments about our dogs. She stated, "I've never met a dog that is overweight and not aggressive," and followed up with, "That's fine if you want an overweight dog. It will kill him eventually, and that's your choice." These remarks were not only rude but also completely dismissive of the fact that one of our dogs has thyroid disease, and we’ve spent two years carefully managing their diet to find food that doesn’t make them sick or trigger allergies.

We were also there for basic leash training, nothing to do with aggression. Anyone who knows our pets knows they are lovable, well-behaved, and have never had an issue.

A good trainer should not only understand dogs but also know how to communicate effectively with their owners. Unfortunately, this business lacks basic professionalism, making it an unpleasant experience for both people and their pets.

Not sure what they did to my dog but he came back terrified of everything. Have a 2 year old shi-poo that used to be full of life and has hid for the last 2 days since coming home. One customer in front said that her large poodle was friendly which is good because they all go in the same kennel. I will never take my dog back to this place again.

Rob and telah (owners) have been amazing right from the get go with me and my dogs!
When it comes to training, grooming, and boarding my dogs they have always been accommodating and extremely knowledgeable and honest with me to help me be a better dog parent for my fur kids.

Great place for training your dog/best friend. The trainers are very professional and the training area is very clean and well taken care of. The owners are friendly and really helpful. I highly recommend having your new puppy take classes here. They also offer advanced training classes as well.

We love going to K9 Junction. Perfect place to stay overnight while our humans are on vacation. Great outdoor play area we can run and get fresh air. Owners know exactly what we need to help us feel at home.
