I would give Julie 10 stars if I could. We recently relocated to the area and were in need of a gentle and patient animal groomer, as one of my three dogs runs "nervous" around new people. Julie was great with giving him space and time to trust her and now he wags his tail as soon as he sees her. She does a great job with their grooming and de-shedding and it's a huge plus that she's so very loving to them as well! Highly recommend! 🙂 And she sends adorable photos!

My Kiwi and I can't thank Julie enough for his amazing grooming experience! I'm very particular leaving Kiwi as he hasn't had great experiences in the past with groomers. But Julie made me feel at ease, and so did the very calm, quiet atmosphere in the room. I only waited an hour or so for kiwi to get finished which I also appreciated. And to my relief Kiwi not only looked great, but also was in a great mood when I went to get him. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend Julie for anybody with longer haired cats!

When I came to this grooming place, I explained very clearly that I like the style my dog has at the moment and I just wanted an inch taken off overall. I showed two pictures from last two groomings. When I picked up my pup, I couldn’t believe how hideous he looked. Julie literally cut the hair off his head almost to the scalp. The hair on his body overall was very uneven- chest and paws hair were longer than his neck and the rest of his body. There were long pieces sticking out through out and I had to clean him up myself. But there’s nothing I could do about his head. It’s going to take months for hair to grow out. I must admit it was a sloppy not neat job overall. I had a cute teddy bear looking 8 months old puppy. Now he looks like a mature not so cute dog. Also, she claimed she couldn’t file his nails cause he wouldn’t let her (other groomers have never had that issue) and now every time he sits on my lap or tries to get up attention and scratches my legs, I scream from pain- they feel like rusty nails. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, Julie said “that’s just how I groom, honey” Umm, I wish she told me that she grooms the dogs the way she wants it and not the way customer wants it. I don’t know what prompted her to think to cut off hair on the head so short is an aesthetically pleasing look. Very disappointed.

Julie, or Aunt Julie how she is lovingly referred to in our house now, is outstanding! My dog loves Julie and so do I. She treats her customers furry or human like family. She’s so gentle and curtails her every detail to each animal. She is more than a groomer she has alerted me of an ear infection and allergies my dog was suffering from. He smells delicious and looks fabulous anytime he sees Julie! I have tried many groomers none of them encompass all Julie does.
