Here is a $130 spa service for each cat. And here's their pawfect job. See the photos....uneven cut and dirty face. Loose furs are everywhere on their bodies and outside the carrier. We did not expect a lion cut and was shocked to see their pawfect butchered job. This is our first experience and will be our last. We're glad that we didn'tchoose the mobile service. It will be way more expensive. I can do a much better job than these so-called professionals. Spoke with the manager and all he said was that he did not see the uneven cut and that they don't touch the face. Just a quick wipe.

Made an appointment and was late by 45 min due to work, have been using these guys for years and they refused to take my dogs saying they needed to reschedule. Talk about inflexible, I will never use this groomer again. Beware of their attitude and inflexibility! Lots of groomers that will be happy to take my business.

Both Chad and Scooby were seen today and the staff took Great Care of both. I believe both dogs came out looking like Rock Stars! Of course I am bias , but PawFect you guy Rock ! Thanks you !

They completely shaved our beautiful Goldendoodle 9 month old down to the skin because they didn’t want to take the time to groom him. He has little cuts on his tummy. Our own kids are scared to play with him. Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Before and after photo.

Friendly, professional and always willing to work with you, I've been a loyal client and fan of Its Pawfect for years. My maltipoo always looks great, the staff are all very friendly, and the extra touches of feathers or bandanas are fun! Highly recommend.

I checked out this establishment due to other places being closed during 2020 Quarantine. The prices were comparable to my usual dog groomer and the staff was so friendly! They took less than an hour to get my dog fully groomed. I was very impressed.

[UPDATE: after taking our dog here for almost a year now, we remain very happy with the service. Still highly recommend. ORIGINAL REVIEW FOLLOWS:] Just used Janelle’s on-site service for first time and am very impressed. Best cut my dog has had, and he’s always been well groomed. Price is comparable to others. Also everyone was super friendly. I recommend.

I brought my golden doodle puppy and I was nervous because he’s had one bad cut at another location. Let me say that I had nothing to be worried about! Tony did the most amazing job! Love that he listened closely to my concerns and gave me exactly what I asked for. He took time to talk to me about everything before and after! Leo looked adorable, fluffy and of course so clean! He did not “poodle my doodle” which is what I specifically asked for! We’ll be returning only to him for our future grooming. Definitely recommend! ?
