I moved to Yuma one year ago and i was able to get an appointment immediately. The doctors and staff at Ironwood have all been excellent. I have a 15 year old diabetic cat and they take good care of her at her appointments. Highly recommend them.

The staff here is wonderful. Every one of them shows true caring and understanding. I always feel completely at ease when I bring in my fur babies. And the fur babies love the praise, attention and (approved of) treats! I highly recommend bringing your fur babies to be treated here.

I truly have a great experience here bringing my puppies to Ironwood. Diego the tech is an amazing young man and is always making sure my fur babies are good. The ladies at the front always greets me with a great smile. I can't say enough about Dr Heartmen she is wonderful and always makes sure my concerns are addressed. Thank you for taking care of my fur babies.

I love this place! From the time I scheduled the appointment to the time I left, they made me very feel welcome. The staff are above friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They throughly answered all of my questions and perform needed vaccines he was missing. They handled Toby with loving care during the visit and I feel confident that they will provide the best care for him.

We unfortunately lost our family dog of over 10 years old and did not know what to do. We took a chance and called Ironwood Vet and they explained everything and to bring him in right away. When we got there the ppl at the front desk made sure all paperwork was done quickly so that when the people helping to get him out of our car were done, we could just leave and not have to watch our beloved dog be taken in and then have to focus on paperwork. They were extremely kind, compassionate, and expressed their apology for the loss we endured.
The price we paid for our boys cremation was extremely reasonable so we honestly were not expecting much when we got him back. We were absolutely blown away at the box, the name tag, the card, and the clay paw imprint.
As heartbroken as I was, I was extremely thankful for the staff and how they took care of us and our Jet Boy.
Thank you again for your kindness in the most difficult time we were dealing with.

Unfortunately I am at that precipice that pet owners dread. Deciding on last chance treatment over euthanizing. Dr. Hartman and her staff have been amazing especially vet tech Tess. She and Oliver sat on the floor with my Clover for hours watching over her as I would have. Tess was extremely thorough and compassionate, she is an awesome human being. Dr. Hartman has also been extremely thorough, does not rush me, and answers all of my questions. These are the people you want taking care of your loved ones.

This place is great! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Clean areas, leashes (if you forget yours), poop bags outside and inside, and free treats. I would recommend people to come here. Prices are reasonable and veterinarian is knowledgeable.
