I rarely give bad reviews, but I'm really a little angry. My pet was bathed and trimmed in August. When I picked up the dog, the size of his body was trimmed well. They just forgot to shave the hair on his feet and asked me to wait a while for them to fix it. When he came out after 15 minutes, the hair on his body seemed to be shaved and much shorter than I asked. They apologized and said that they would do free grooming next time. I want to give them another chance.
I came in November and I added the project to clean the dog's teeth. I paid the fee and tip. When I got in the car, I checked my dog's teeth and they were not cleaned at all. There was still dirt in the teeth. The previous groomer was off work and found another person to check and clean it simply. And refunded the cleaning fee.
When I got home, I found that the hair on my dog's genitals was shaved very short, there were scratches on the skin, and it was always red. I applied medicine to it. I feel sorry for my pet. I will not go back again.

The best groomers in CA! I travel from Northern CA (Bay Area) down to Arcadia every 2 months to get my fur baby groomed. The front desk lady is incredibly helpful and pleasant, and the groomers are fast, efficient, and amazingly talented. Other groomers would take 3-4 hours and Ironmaya takes less than 2 hours and my dog comes out looking absolutely gorgeous.

I've been bringing my dog here for full grooms for over 2 years. They work hard and take great care of my Maltese mix. He hates getting his nails trimmed, but they manage every time! They're very informative about the trim types, and are great to work with.

The front desk lady with the red hair, her dog, the calmness & organized environment .. 5 stars. Been taking both my cat & dog here for grooming for almost 2 years now.. & 9/10 always do a wonderful job. Never any injuries, both pets always come out so clean. Never a half ass job. Attention to detail. Care and love for animals & the owners. Give them a try! You won’t be disappointed. They also offer cool toys, outfits, & deodorizing sprays & the latest & greatest bath shampoo & treatment options. Love Iron Maya!

One of the best grooming businesses around. The staff is always friendly. They have a record of your previous requests and visits and they're kind to your fur baby. I totally recommend them.
