I LOVED my experience with Invisible Fence of Southern Illinois! They were able to drive out to my home (which isn't super close to their office) to give me an estimate and then came back to install it just a few days later. I don't have the easiest dog but the son, Alex, was patient with Rufus. I was impressed with how quickly he was able to train Rufus to use the invisible fence. I know they'll be reliable if I ever need any other services in the future!

I am beyond happy with the install of my invisible fence. I even decided after he had the line installed to move it out a bit more on our vacant lot. He was very nice and understanding and extended it for me. I have no doubt this fence will help manage my dogs staying contained to our yard. I would highly recommend this service to everyone. Alan installed our fence 4 years ago and has continued to give us great customer service. We did landscaping and gardening after it was installed and he always responded quickly when we needed him. We are glad we purchased our fence at Invisible Fence of Southern Illinois.

Very friendly and helpful from the start ! No pressure estimate and consultation, came out and installed system within a week! Very friendly and patient with my dog!! A few months later I damaged underground cable on Easter weekend answered my call on the holiday and came the next day and fixed cable!!! Best customer service I have had with any product or service in years

Mr Auld knows dogs, and invisible fences. If you listen to him, your dog will be perfectly trained in no time. He shows up on time, finds out exactly what you need and want and follows up if you have issues. A hometown guy that you can trust!
