Subject: Complaint against Mr. Rene Fulgence Tovondrainy, Principal of ITTI Madagascar

Dear Mr./Ms. President,

I am writing to file a complaint against the principal of ITTI Madagascar, Mr. Rene Fulgence Tovondrainy, due to inappropriate and potentially illegal conduct.

During a recent observation, it was clearly indicated that students would be encouraged to pay money during exams under the pretext that those who do not do so risk failing. I have concrete evidence to support this claim.

This appears to be a blatant attempt at corruption, endangering the integrity of the institution and students' right to fair and impartial assessment.

As a student of ITTI Madagascar, I am deeply troubled by this revelation and request that immediate action be taken to investigate this matter and take disciplinary measures against Mr. Rene Fulgence Tovondrainy and any other staff members involved .

I urge you to treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and take steps to restore confidence and integrity in our educational institution.
