It seems as though the concept created by the owner is a beautiful one and if it were carried throughout by staff, it would be a 5 star place. Not all staff, by any means, but a couple in large roles left me feeling like a number there instead of genuinely cared after.
My goal was to achieve sobriety and thoroughly work the steps and I am glad I had the tenacity to work through those issues with some very genuine people to see the forest through the trees.

I entered Infinite Recovery’s care on July 1st, 2023. The entrance process was easy enough. Although it was a Sunday and they were unable to verify my insurance they still extended their hands and welcomed me. Tanner was very helpful and very understanding of my need to be somewhere ASAP.

Detox:
My experience with the Infinite Detox was very good. Beds are comfy, Restrooms and Common Areas kept very clean. The staff and nursing were very helpful. The optional groups they offer helped me prepare for the next 30 days at Residential.

Residential:
Res was great, all amenities and facilities are clean and well thought out for patient enjoyment. Special s/o to Mustache Dave for walking me through Steps 1-5. He helped me understand what was needed to complete these and apply them to everyday life. He also helped facilitate communication between my family, which was no easy task.
Other Res activities included weekly movie nights, outside AA meetings, pool time, fitness time, and most importantly fellowship.

The best thing I gained from my time at Infinite was my sobriety but a very close second is all the brothers and friends that I was able to learn to lean on and also be supportive of. Fellowship is very important at Infinite and I owe many of the great friendships I have today to my time there.

If you or a loved one are in need of Addiction Recovery, give infinite a shot. I was skeptical of their recovery rates but I am still sober today (8 months later) so they must know what they are talking about. Wish I would have came here first, 3 years ago!

I spent 104 days at Legacy Ranch in the second half of 2023. This place saved my life. I’ve been to several treatment centers, and I’ve never seen one quite like Infinite Recovery.

The staff - all of them - genuinely care about their clients and their recoveries. Most of the staff are in recovery themselves and are extremely passionate about helping others find the solution they themselves found. They work hard for the clients, putting their all into showing them the way of recovery and all of the blessings that come with it.

The property itself is beautiful. There’s a full standalone gym, a pool, and each room has its own bathroom. The meals are excellent, far superior to any other treatment I’ve been to. The day room / rec room is comfortable, a great place to relax after groups.

The programming is pleasantly intense, all recovery based. They have an excellent mix of clinical therapy groups and 12 step programming, focusing both on mental health wellness and addiction. The classes are well rounded and focus on both teaching and experiential activities. They really hammer home the importance of a well rounded and balanced life, and have structure in place to help their clients practice that.

There’s plenty of emphasis on coping skills, learning to deal with emotions and cravings in a healthy way, healthy communication and relationships, and self esteem work.

Each client is assigned a personal counselor/therapist, a 12 step staff member who acts as a sponsor, and a “big brother” (another client) who guides them into and through the program.

Infinite provides a full spectrum of treatment, from detox to residential treatment to outpatient and aftercare, to give clients like myself the best opportunity to succeed.

I would not have spent as much time here if I didn’t believe they could guide me into recovery, and that’s exactly what they did. The staff (Santi, Brett, David Koonce, David Kontz - special shoutout to y’all, eternal thanks for everything) who helped me to really understand my problem and learn how to handle it have saved my life from the depths of addiction.

All in all, I am who I am today because of the time I spent at Infinite Recovery, the dedicated staff who took their time to teach me the solution, the structure of the program supporting me in my recovery, and the facilities keeping me comfortable and safe.

I could not possibly recommend more that, if you or your love one struggles with addiction, this is the place to send them. They will receive the same love and care that I did, whilst learning solution and coping skills in a structured, safe environment.

This place helped me get my life back. I went to Infinite at the start of the pandemic as a shell of myself. I was emotionally tired and spiritually empty. Thanks to the great support of the staff there, around the clock care from technical support staff, a recovery coach, and the many great counselors I have reclaimed a life worth living. I cannot thank this place enough for giving me a second chance at freedom, for supporting me before I knew how to support myself.

Nothing easy is worth doing. My time at San Gabriel was challenging in all of the best ways. The program requires a steadfast commitment of integrity to the process. Through weekly visits with a recovery coach, a personal therapist, and daily classes on 12 Step Education, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Process Group, etc., I was able to not only to develop tools to avoid drinking, but was even able to look at the belief systems that informed my addictive behaviors. I truly believe that Infinite saved my life. The staff there has helped me experience the joys of long-term sobriety, and has helped become a better son, partner, colleague, and friend.

I cannot recommend this place more for anyone who might be suffering from problems relating to alcohol or drug dependency.

I am very grateful for Infinite Recovery. This is my 2nd time being able to go through the process. The facility is great and the staff is amazing. The RCA's are there to help! My counselor was professional and we were able to work through and set me up with a great programming and tools to help battle addiction. The food is top notch and the recovery specialists really care about each client. If you are looking for a 12 step program I would highly recommend Infinite.

The staff there is full of the most wonderful and caring people. The altruism of the staff is infectious and they not only help you work through the 12 steps but they also prepare you to be a sponsor and how to show up as a person in recovery in the world

I went through all phases of the Infinite programming and I still attend the alumni meetings weekly. I was able to leave Infinite with such a great group of brother and sisters who hold me accountable and are friends for life.

If you’re a family member doing research on where to send your loved ones, please do not willingly choose to send them to Infinite Recovery. If you’re a solo-person doing research, and don’t want your family to feel cared for while you’re in treatment, then go for it.

We were sold on multiple family therapy sessions during my loved one’s 60-day treatment. We didn’t even get one. And when they honestly tried, the therapist admitted to having COVID symptoms but that she “still wanted to have a sit down with my loved one.” Unbelievable that they would endanger my family in such a blatant disregard for their own policies.

This is just 1 instance when Infinite Recovery denied our family access to our loved one’s progress. On 7 different occasions over 8 weeks, we were told to expect a phone call or text, any update. And nothing. We had to contact THEM to find out poignant information. And I’m describing 5 different employees in those 7 occasions, all saying they’d help provide comfort and never achieving that goal.

If you’re on your own, no family to consider, then Infinite is for you. If you’re looking to have your family member cared for by competent staff, then please, find any other company in Austin, as Infinite Recovery is fully untrustworthy when it comes to family care.

Infinite Recovery is such a special place. The staff truly cares about each client & they become like family. They give so much information on the disease of addiction so I had a clear understanding before leaving. Overall it was a wonderful experience & I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting treatment.
