The ice cream is really delicious, but the hygiene of the place is bad, they have demonstration ice creams that are made of plastic but each one is full of dust and small hairs, the napkins also looked dirty with dust, if what they sell is something to eat there shouldn't be these inconveniences.

Service was super fast and it was fun to watch our order being made! Menu was HUGE plus you had the option to create your own combination. The consistency was a bit more Icey that regular ice cream which I liked because it didn’t weigh me down afterwards as much as a normal scoop would. A bit pricey (~$8.50/ bowl), but a cool experience!

So so so scrumptious 😋🍨
It's not just a treat, its a show as well.
Fun for the kids and adults to watch.
They have tons of flavors to choose from I chose the mango and sticky rice, and I know it sounds weird but you never know until you try. My son got the berries and cream and my daughter and husband shared the fruity pebbles. And all of our flavors were that good.
The service is decent, it' really depends on what day and time you go being inside a mall.
Area is clean, it's good to sit or take on the go.
I would definitely recommend this place for anyone young or old to try out, your taste buds will thank you!

Ice cream was delicious! Rolled ice cream is fun to watch. Just FYI they are not located in the outside part of the mall but inside next to the Starbucks.

This place is really cool. Different than your typical ice cream shop in the mall. While my family and I were at Bay brook mall we decided to get some ice cream. After looking at the menu we were all interested since they roll up the ice cream and put on several sides giving it a more "fancy" look. I ordered the Biscotti ice cream bowl. My girls ordered the cookies n cream and the smores. It was a little busy being a Sunday at the mall so it took a little longer to get our order.. which wasn't a big deal. I could see all the employees working hard on the orders. You are able to watch them make it which I found interesting. After we got our order.. seeing it in person was even better than the menu pics. The Biscotti I got was the most delicious ice cream I've ever had! One full cookie and little pieces of cookie on top w a caramel drizzle. I tried the cookies n cream and smores.. which were also really good but the Biscotti was my favorite. I definitely recommend this place if your looking for a delicious ice cream snack while visiting the mall!

Although this seems like a pretty cool idea. As far as the taste the actual chocolate ice cream is mixed with the base and some chocolate syrup to make it chocolate and it doesn’t seem to really have any flavor with the exception of the toppings. For $9 it’s not a very tasty ice cream and not worth it in my opinion.

Amusing to watch the ice treat to be prepared. The presentation is a lot of fun to see, both for adults and kids. They have a nice variety of suggested ice cream combinations but you can also build your own. We enjoyed the outcome of coffee ice cream with oreo, topped with mochi, strawberries, and gummy bears.

Wouldn't spend my money her ever again! My wife and I decided to take our nieces and our three children to the mall to hang out after a long day. It was approximately 8:20 PM when my wife and daughter ordered from this establishment on our way out of the mall. When I noticed what my wife ordered, I walked over to order one for myself and my son because my son really wanted one. The woman working the booth made my daughter bowl, then looked at me and asked are ready to order? I said yes, to which she then said, "oh sorry, we're closed now" and proceeded to make one last bowl for herself and shut down the place. It was 08:30 PM when she said this to me. The mall closed at 09:00 PM. Literally every other area was open and taking orders. I took my son who was very disappointed to get something else when we left the mall. I feel that I was discriminated against because of my physical appearance (ethnicity) and felt disrespected as a customer. I informed the woman that I would write a review however she was nonchalant. I do not recommend this establishment at all. Very unprofessional and tacky.
