I recently brought my two cats in for flea treatment. The staff was so sweet and caring for my cats and very considerate of my time and needs. They provided clear outlined costs for the different options available for my cats and we decided which option was the best. The appointments were very accessible at short notice. I will be going back for further dental treatment.

I have always had 5 dogs in my life. I have used Ibis Animal Hospital for 22 years. I trust this office, dr, and staff with all of my dearly loved dogs. I highly recommend this Veternarian office.

I was looking for a veterinarian closer to home and several friends recommended Ibis Animal Hospital. All I had to do was fill out a quick new patient form and the office manager, Jeff, took care of transferring all of my dog's records over and making it a seamless transition. Jeff is thorough and professional, and made sure all of my questions/concerns about my pup were noted in my records and that current medications were renewed. Dr. Felz took the time to cover each concern and come up with follow up plans to make sure my dog's health issues are monitored and resolved appropriately. You can tell that the staff truly cares for the animals.

This actually really hurts me to do because this office has been so dear to my heart for so long but I can’t sit by and watch this person destroy such a talented doctors practice here. Dr. feltz is probably one of the most amazing, smart, compassionate veterinarians I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. Along with Lee (front staff) and Teresa (who worked there in the past). But the office manager Jeff is on another level. I’ve never met a more combative, rude, DEFENSIVE and argumentative human being. The details don’t matter since there have been numerous amount of times that Jeff has fought with me over such trivial things. Lee has always come to the rescue and rectified all situations. It’s been about 14 years of history here and it’s time to part ways. Watch his response here, he will trash me as he does with all the clients who have posted negative reviews about him, but the reviews speak for themselves. What matters is that long time friends/clients don’t want to come back here because of Jeff who is as horrible as all the people describe him to be. Bottom line Jeff, and it will always be the bottom line, you’re in customer service and yet you’re not capable of not fighting or arguing w anyone and consistently have provided horrible client care to me and the owners of these animals. Dr. Feltz I thank you for always helping me out with costs and looking out for my babies best interests and Lee thank you! I will miss you guys and wish you the best.

Doctor Felz is wonderful. The staff is wonderful. Jeff the manager is HORRIBLE. We have been customers for 7 years but Jeff has driven our business elsewhere. We went to another vet today and they called Jeff to get our dog's history. Jeff said it would be 14 days before they receive them. Our dog was in pain and we needed the history. The office manager called Jeff and he hung up on her. We hear the same thing from all of our neighbors who also used to go the Ibis Animal Hospital. We feel sorry for Dr Felz but she refuses to do anything about Jeff.

My golden retriever; Cherry had something going on with her ear, so I brought her in for a check up. They were so attentive & Cher loved the nurse who came to get her from the car. Love at first lick ?.

The doctor was really nice and took the time to answer all of my questions. She even gave us something long lasting so that we don’t have to give the baby meds every day. I wish our last vet had told me about that option.

Anyway, a few hours after I left, I realized that I’d forgotten to ask for her flea meds, so I called & spoke with Jeff to find out about going back to buy some. Get this- he offered to just deliver to my house the same day. I’ve literally never heard of anyone doing that. This place is great. I’m really glad they’re so close to the new house. Super convenient.

I have a 3 year old rescue pup with major separation anxiety. She is an escape artist that can get out of every leash and collar except for the harness that she is comfortable with. Every time we have brought our dog to the Ibis Animal Hospital it has not been an issue for us to walk her up to the door for our peace of mind that she will not get out and for the safety of our puppy. Just like any other day, we called and set an appointment for today December 4th 2020 at 4pm for an examination on a potential ear infection. We were told today that we were not allowed to bring our dog up to the door and that an office member would have to come out to walk her all the way up. Unfortunately we do not feel comfortable doing this so we explained again to the staff how we have been doing it for the last year. The staff informed us that that was wrong and we would not be allowed to do that. The doctor called me back to inform me that the office staff told her that i had never done this before and they had no idea what I was talking about. This being a lie, I simply stated this is the only way I feel comfortable doing it and if I was not able to bring my dog safely up to the door, I would have to go elsewhere. Upon saying this, the doctor told me "Good luck pretty much all of the vets are doing it this way now." Which is also not true, multiple vets in Palm Beach Gardens allow this knowing certain customers have certain issues like ours with there animals. Also, upon my dogs last visit, I requested doctors notes to be sent to me for my pets insurance. I was promised I would receive them in 14 days. After 14 days I called and they said they would leave the doctor a note knowing this was important I received them. It has now been a month since the original visit and I still have not received my requested doctors notes. The excuse this time was "I'm very busy so I can only get to them when I get to them." The lack of professionalism and inability to help accommodate us with or simple request is why I will not be returning and I will be letting my close friends and family who attend Ibis Animal Hospital of my horrible experience.

First of all, Covid is over and there is no reason in a medical emergency to treat people like they have the plaque.
Second, it would be nice to actually meet the Dr instead of only talk on the phone.
Third, definitely not good listeners, did unnecessary test on my cat that I did ask for (namely Felv\Fiv testing…. I knew my cat was negative for that.
She need a c-section and this doctor refused to save her uterus.
Thank God I left. I went to VEG and the Dr was so kind and so efficient and took care of her right away. Her uterus looked great and she is recovering
Run don’t walk from this place.
I was in search of a good vet since I moved to this area. It is definitely not this rude, nasty, uncaring person who calls herself a vet. .
