Yo tengo que decir mi experiencia en el centro es muy buena., y mas con Ana atiende a mi madre muy bien., yo no tengo quejas de ninguno de ellos y en especial a la directora Rossy muy buena persona., y el trato excelente., gracias a Dios que puedo decir que mi madre me le han dado un trato muy bueno., gracias ANA POR SER COMO ERES CON MI MADRE!! Deseo agradecer la dedicación el esfuerzo, amabilidad de el equipo de Hunter Creek. Sus enfermeras como Jazmine Saintloise a la cual le agradezco por su dedicación e interés de mi y otros pacientes. Gracias a mi ángel guardián Jocelyn López que cada día pasa por mi habitación con su sonrisa e interés por mi salud y seguridad.
Gracias tambien a las CNA Rebeca Reese, Ana Miranda Angela Johnson , Rosana Muñoz y otras más que hacen un trabajo espectacular dando su esfuerzo, dedicación e cuidados hacia todos sus pacientes. San muchas masCNA que hacen un buen trabajo. Gracias a todas.

Si pudiera darle 0, se lo daría. La experiencia con mi familiar fue HORRIBLE. Durante su estadía no lo bañaron durante 3 días. Los medicamentos del dolor no llegaban. Tocaba el timbre de las enfermeras y no venían, muy groseras. Pacientes gritando durante toda la noche y día. Camas y muebles viejos y la alfombra con un olor a humedad terrible. NO LO RECOMIENDO..

I really want to express my deepest gratitude to the Hunters Creek Nursing and rehab administration for the care and compassion that they have demonstrated to me and my parents. When I thought that all hopes was lost as to placing my parents into a long term facility you came to my rescue. Not only did you accept one of them, but also made the accommodation to have my dad as well. I would also like to recognize Rosie Caban because without all her help this would have never been possible. I also would like to thank all the other staff as the nurses and CNAs for all the care that they provide for my parents everyday. The facility is very well maintained and clean. By talking to some of the residents they all seem to be happy there. I also see changes that mom has made and she is happy and says that she is being well taken of. I would highly recommend this nursing facility to anyone.

My mother was recently discharged from this facility and it was an amazing experience. She had a hip fracture and knee replacement it wasn’t an easy process but the team at Hunters Creek made it all possible! The therapy department is AMAZING and the gym is huge. Heidy was great with my mom as well specially the fact my mom didn’t speak English. I spoke to Trish once the administrator about one tiny concern and she handled it quickly and solved it. Social service Michelle gave me the information needed for my mom to continue with everything at home and lastly Rosie in admission was very informative from the beginning would answer my calls and text at all times of the day when she says she’s on call 24/7 believe her!!!! I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone and it will always be our first choice for any future incidents.

My mom spent three weeks receiving therapies for her hip and I only have good things to say about the place. All the staff was very nice and the treatment towards my mom was excellent. Thank you all very much. I highly recommend it.

My grandfather had a heart attack and needed rehab after his open heart surgery. The toughest thing to do in life is make a decision without knowing the proper steps or having any information on how this all work. Well let me tell you from the begining Rosie was amazing, she provided information and not just any info but the best info that I felt like a professional in making my decision. Upon entering hunters creek there is no foul smell, everyone is smiling from the patients to the staff. Hunters creek has an AMAZING therapy department the best in orlando. Nurses were careful with my grandfather, respectful and caring. If my grandfather or anyone in my family or close friends ever need a rehab center I would suggest and vouch for Hunters Creek having Rosie's number on speed dial gives me a lot of comfort. Thank you Hunters Creek for giving me my grandfather back in a much better shape!!!

The experience with my mother has been great, the attention from the reception, the administration, the nurses, the doctors, the therapists have exceeded our expectations, they treat the patients with a lot of love and patience. We are from Puerto Rico and we have felt at home. I recommend the services 100%.
