I just purchased my beautiful short legged Jack Russell Ruby from Sue. She was great with my multiple phone calls and her staff is great too. I couldn't be happier with the very happy and healthy puppy I brought home. Ruby is beyond happy in her new home and I'm looking forward to many years and loving moments with her. Thank you Sue!!!

We LOVE Hug A Pup! We got all 3 of our babies from there! Our oldest: Australian Herding/Border Collie, our second: Asustrtilian Herding/Border Collie/Mini Aussie/Mini Pinscher and our newest addition: Pomeranian/Rat Terrier!

The pups are well taken care of in their first 8 weeks, pre-spoiled and ready to come home when you choose your fur baby! They also come chipped now!

I was quite excited when I bought my dream pup . The owner of the shop was helpful with all of the questions we asked. A German shepherd of whom became a part of my family as my only son. He was healthy for a while until one day he started having seizures and was put on seizure meds. He ended up passing after turning 3years old on 1-25-25. I never lost and hurt so much but I will become much more cautious going forward.

My girlfriend and I have purchased 3 puppies from hug a pup now over the last few years, all 3 of them are perfect! Everyone here is so friendly and helpful and make getting a new puppy an exciting and pleasant experience. They give you all the paper work needed to set your pup up with a vet and they even go beyond and give you detailed information of how to properly take good care of them at home, plus they throw in some goodies for them to take home too.
They always have a good variety of puppies to choose from and the process is not long at all.
If you're looking for a new fur baby this is paws down the best place to go!

After owning my dog for an entire year, I’m writing this review. This has been my own personal experience. I love my dog more than life itself, and I am so grateful to have gotten her here. She receives many compliments on her appearance and intelligence. I receive a lot of questions about her.

One concern that I had that quickly resolved itself—Within the first few months of having her, she seemed to be having hyper glycemic reactions. She’d have one roughly once a month. They were easy for me to spot, so I was able to act quick and give her some Fortical, which brought her back to her normal self. Her last reaction was seven months ago, and she hasn’t had one since. She probably had about five total reactions. The vet had kept a close eye on her too to make sure she was healthy at the time. No other issues appeared, and she’s healthy according to her vet.

As for my experience purchasing a dog, it was a little difficult, considering I am from out of state. I actually decided to purchase my dog here because my uncle had purchased his dog here. I wanted a similar dog. I had family members stopping by to check for the specific dog breed that I wanted or would call in to see if the puppies were available. They would sell relatively fast at the time, due to COVID (people staying home—therefore, wanting a pet). They do not hold dogs for you, so you need to be ready to buy when the dog becomes available.

The shop owner did have great communication when it comes to explaining how to care for the pup. She did keep in communication about the estimated time of arrival of the next litter. Although she comes off as rude, I feel like she does have good knowledge of the dogs, which is nice to know.

Overall, I’d recommend getting a dog from here!

They were not customer friendly, the smell hit you soon as you walk in. The floor was sticky and I was told they were toy dogs. When I got there, they were not toy dogs!!! But I went down the street to Pawtime world and OMG I fell in love and got me a Teddy Bear pup that will stay the small size he is😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 my Bestie when and got his brother ❤️❤️❤️❤️😀❤️😀we in Love PERIOD!
