My experience with Hounds Town has been phenomenal. I was leaving for vacation and originally booked a different boarding facility however they were not able to accommodate my dog while I was away and Hounds Town was able to take him in last minute. I loved they way they were able to work with him and get him in last minute. He had a blast! They have reasonable prices and spacious facilities. 100% recommend for boarding and day care!

Hounds Town did such an amazing job watching my dog, Timber! I was away in Asia and got sick while I was there so I had to extend my stay. They did a great job of making sure Timber was taken care of until I got back. They posted pictures of him so I could see how he was doing. He had a great time! Highly recommend them.

My Millie (10mo) hasn't been to doggy daycare before. She was welcomed with open arms. She was a bit nervous, but the staff set up a new area so she could ease into it with her new friends. Now she's got best friends and a wonderful place to hang out!!!

1st time boarding my husky pup and I had so much anxiety leaving him, but Hounds Town was amazing. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always posting photo/video updates. The space is clean and the dogs really do enjoy themselves with all the play time. My pupper is still sleepy from all the fun he had (pic from this morning when he slept in for once in his life LOL). Thank you for taking such good care of my baby, HT! Kai will definitely be back. 🥰

Connie, Mark, and the entire staff were extremely friendly, personable, and accommodating to us and our 2.5 y/o pit mix, Reese. We expressed that Reese would need low-impact activity with an on-going leg injury he has, and they were wonderful with pairing him with a couple of dogs with lower energy levels and mellow moods as to not further agitate his leg injury. We felt completely at ease boarding him for 2 nights during Thanksgiving. It is a very well-maintained and clean facility. We highly recommend Hounds Town St. Charles to anyone, as well as any cat owners as they offer cat boarding too!

My dog Lexi was boarded here this month for a weekend and will be boarding again soon. Lexi is very shy and nervous until she warms up, and the staff was so kind and patient with her. In the past when Lexi has been boarded at other places, she would run to me so fast and be ready to go when I picked her up. When I picked her up from Hound Town, Lexi stopped to say bye to some of the staff. They called me with any concerns and I love that they post pictures on their Facebook group for us to see.- I was surprised to see her playing with other dogs and she looked so happy! Their prices are great and I would definitely recommend this Hound Town location and will be using them for any future boarding or daycare!
