I came in to have a small mass biopsied. I had Dr. Katie An, who took care of my Frenchie Christian. She gave a complete thorough head to toe assessment, as this being a first time visit. I liked how she was very meticulous and explained everything to me while she was doing her assessment. I appreciate it for new clients that they offered a discount price instead of it being $55 it was 25. I enjoyed the care from the veterinary team and the service from the front of staff. The fine needle biopsy with aspiration went smooth and pricing was fair. Their facilities are new and updated. I enjoyed my visit. The aesthetic is nice and the facility is clean.

I brought my dog in 3 or 4 times to treat my dog’s ear infection and was blown away by how poor the vet and vet tech interactions were. . The vet and vet tech repeatedly referred to him as “her” or “she” which isn’t a big deal, just shows their poor attention to detail and interest in getting to know the dog. Based on vet’s body language and conversation, you’d never have guessed she worked with animals - she almost seemed uncomfortable to interact with my 14 lbs shih tzu. He’s incredibly anxious at the vet and she didn’t even offer an opportunity for him to sniff her. Every other vet I’ve been to puts a towel or blanket on the stainless steel exam table, not this clinic. Just cold, slippery metal that he slid around on. During 2 different visits she tried to book a dental, immediately. I didn’t want him to go through that while he has a major ear infection, so I declined both times. A couple weeks later I brought my dog to a different vet clinic to see if the infection was cleared, and the vet commented on how great his teeth look for a shih tzu his age and said there’s no need for a dental. I can only guess the doctor at Hope Vet just wanted to upsell me on a costly treatment.

Visited this clinic for the first time today. If I could give 10 stars I would. Took my one year old dog in for a well exam and to get Simparica. Also had her chipped. Reasonable prices, friendly staff and Dr. An is simply fantastic. Fast service. Clean office. I highly recommend Dr. An and her office for your pets needs.

Dr. Gil is an amazingly knowledgeable vet. He saved my dog from a terrible episode of 3 bacteria that she got at a boarding facility. She coughed for over 2 months but with his treatment she came through and is fine. Highly recommend Adams Pet clinic.

Hope veterinary clinic is the best if you care about your pets! Dr. An and entire staff are wonderful! We found out two weeks ago that our seven year old pup had a tumor and within days discovered it was cancerous. Dr. An along with a specialist surgeon due to the complex nature of the location, successfully removed the tumor and nearest lymph node with clean margins and we received the results that she is cancer free with no spread! We knew Obi was in great hands. The compassion and professionalism is always above and beyond!

My dog was choking on a piece of chicken he had at a nearby restaurant. I walked in asking for some help and was told the. Clinic closes in 15 minutes and to go to ER. The girl at the front desk didn’t even look at my dog. Not a caring animal hospital.
