They are very nice but I had an appointment and had to wait for almost 2 hours while people with no appointment went ahead of me. They do not answer the phone You go on hold immediately and no one ever answers. Do not even give you the courtesy of being able to leave a message.

Vet and Workers are all so nice and caring to animals. My Sammie never makes a fuss about going to vet she loves them all. I'm glad she is comfortable with them with no anxiety. Could not ask for better Veterinarian!

Dr. Ford and Dr. Hester as well as all of the staff are the sweetest, kindest, most caring people. They love our fur babies and take amazing care of them. I definitely recommend this Vet.

The doctor checked all the issues one of my dogs was having (pain, limping) . She immediately identified the 2 problems and was able to prescribe medications to help her. Doctor and staff were friendly and professional. For shots, checkup and diagnosing and meds, I feel it was a very fair price. Thank you Hokes Bluff Vet for taking care of my fur babies.

I had an emergency & despite my banging on the door,shouts for help,and calling they wouldn't answer the door or phone. I knew they were present. In an emergency they advise going to Trussville & hope your cat doesn't bleed out. Pix of cat with wound is after a week of special care from a local vet. I can only think this was the negligence caused by the recently hired vet who I reported previously.

Always a pleasure coming here. Everyone is so nice and caring. When it was time to go Fuzzle (my dog) did not want to leave. She loves it there and so do i. Would not want anyone else taking care of her.
