By far, it's been the best and worst (not any fault of theirs. Just hard to say goodbye to fur babies) place I've had to go. They are always so kind and caring. And when I've had to bring my two dogs to help them cross the bridge, both unexpectedly, they were the best. They let me have all the time I needed. The baby is resting from surgery. Great place all around!

Brought my corgi here over a month ago because he was in distress and could barely stand straight. Staff didn’t seem to care and were too busy hanging up pictures to even acknowledge the condition he was in. The tech told us “he probably just has a tummy ache just give him some OTC medication and see how he feels in the morning”. They obviously just didn’t want to be bothered to actually get off their phones and work thank god they recommended Crossroads in Crown Point. We went there and found out my pup has a ruptured tumor on his spleen and needed an emergency splenectomy and if we would have waited he could have died. My corgi is happy and healthy and cancer free with no thanks of Hobart animal clinic that didn’t even give us the time of day. 100% recommend Crossroads animal hospital instead if you want vets that truly care and love your pet.

Unless you have unlimited money to spend, I do not recommend bringing your pet here. If you can't afford out of pocket they will suggest you to apply for "care credit" ( more like "could care less") that will drag on after it's paid and be deemed beyond the promotional offer. The special diet they put your pet on will easily match the cost of the credit card payment and you'll be paying so much to support your animals hospital bill and diet and not be able to afford routine vehicle maintenance to get to your job to support this money sucking scheme at 32% interest. Then, when you try to negotiate with the credit card company, they deem you "ineligible," and the clinic itself won't even put in a good word for you. If you don't want to regret saving your pets life, I recommend ANYPLACE ELSE. Not 4k for an overnight stay and "special diet" that can be found in a local pet store for much less. Everyone I've spoken to that has ever brought their pet here gets the same "special diet." The problem is absolutely with Synchrony. However, the Hobart Animal Clinic is their handler. I've been trafficked into debt. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

We were camping and our dog drank lake Michigan water .
Was vomiting for 2 days and wouldn't eat .
Took her here very nice people very professional.
In and out in maybe an hour total pup is like new the next day !
Cost was around $235 for everything worth every penny !!

I am so glad I found this place. I am a new pup mom my puppy was sick but I had no idea what was wrong only to find out he had a viral infection. I was so scared and yes it was fatal had he not got there in time. They cared for my son with thee best of care explained the level of care he needed and now he back to tearing stuff up in my house but I’m
Am so thankful to the team! I learned so much in such a little amount of time.
