I have a cat that started walking funny and called for an appointment. They were able to get us in on the same day. After examining my baby, they prescribed some medications and sent us home. They called the next day to see how she was doing. I really appreciated that. Everyone was friendly and professional and they took great care of my fur baby.

I brought my cat there for an emergency and spent 45 mins waiting for someone to enter the room and do anything.
A few years later, gave them a second chance and they found nothing wrong with my dog.
Went to a different vet for a second opinion and with tests and blood work done, they found he had a heart condition and put him on meds right away.
I don't feel the care, compassion and professionalism is there anymore.

Today was our first visit to Highland Animal Hospital and we loved it. I was worried because we have gone to our previous vet for 23 years and loved them, but recently moved. Everyone was super friendly and my scared puppy calmed down quickly. She was even giving kisses to the vet. I'm so glad we found them.

We are so glad we moved our pets to Highland Animal Hospital. Everyone there is so responsive and caring. The veterinarians play with your pets on well visits and seem to really enjoy their occupation and their practice. The facility is clean and spacious. Just a great experience here!

I love love love this place. My vet, dr Michelle, is amazing. She owns the animal.hopsital. we have been going there for 10 years, and my parents have for over 15. I've brought many a pet to dr Michelle. She takes.the time we need her to for our pets to get the best care. Dr. Michelle truly cares. She is compassionate and kind. When my parents put down their old dog, dr Michelle switched things around so she could be.the one with my parents, since we all habe the best rapport with her. Not.only.is.dr Michelle amazing, but we have.had.the pleasure of meeting with dr Nissa, and dr heather as well. The entire staff rocks. I have personally had to put two.dogs down as well, and they sent me a compassionate card after both times. When my dog recently got.hit by a car,.nearly died, spent a week in an animal.icu, they called to check on her a couple of.times. when my cat was diagnosed diabetic a couple of months ago .they really worked with me. The vet techs are kind, the receptionists are caring. It's a great place to take your pet or pets.
Dr Michelle recently renovated, and now.the place is huge, and ready for all our pets.
It is clean, and tidy. Dr Michelle has pets of her own, and she.is a true animal lover.
There are two or three friendly cats that live there too. It's a pretty cool place.
When dr nissa had to put my old dog down, she teared up (even though it was only.her second time meeting her).
I adopted two dogs, and when highland animal hospital was called to give me a review prior to the adoption,.they gabe.me a great one and highly recommended me as a pet mom.
My husband and I currently have two dogs, and two cats. They are all rescues, and the staff loves them all. We dont ever plan on having human children, so we love.the way the staff takes care of our fur babies.
