Great staff all around. Smaller facility but lots of love and care go into taking care of their residents. 5 star cms ratings is hard to find and Heritage House is a 5 star facility.

Heritage House Nursing and Rehab is currently at a five star CMS rating, which is much to be proud of, and requires a lot of work, time, and dedication from our staff. Thank you to those I work with : therapy, nursing, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and dietary. As one we can accomplish a little, but TOGETHER we can achieve so much more! It is an absolute honor to provide care to the senior members of our community! Definitely doesn’t feel like work when you’re surrounded by coworkers and residents who have become family. The facility is very clean, the food is delicious, and the care we provide is unmatched. ❤️

Heritage House staff is so friendly. My friend that lives there is younger than most residents and everyone there treats him with love and kindness. The residents and staff all go out of their way to make sure he is happy and enjoying his stay. He is safe and very well cared for. I am thankful for Heritage House!

We moved my uncle to Heritage House Nursing and Rehabilitation in Rosebud Tx from another nursing home in Harker Heights Tx he was not happy there.The day he arrived at the Heritage House Nursing and rehabilitation he became a different person so happy and laughing. The family is so happy with the change in him and happy with the decision of moving him here. We recommend Heritage House and Rehabilitation and the terrific staff.🎉

We are very pleased with the care that my Mother has received at the Heritage House in Rosebud, TX. They keep the residents engaged through activities, games, crafts, church services, ad well as various celebrations throughout the year. The staff is professional and caring, and are always just a phone call away if we have concerns or questions.

Went for their family day this past month. I can truly see the care and endearment of the staff at the facility. I can also state that the residents appeared to be happy and delighted at the food and celebrations. I met several residents and they were very open to sharing their experiences. Its got a small town kind of feeling. Very quaint.
