Great nurses and therapy staff however there should be some improvements made when it comes to keeping the patient informed about their discharge plans. Decisions were made about the discharge with no input from the patient, case manager was not helpful at all when it came to outpatient services. Maybe some sensitivety training and understanding that although she does this every day, her patients deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.

My mother is currently at the rehab center now and we are so happy with not only the staff, but the facility itself. The staff makes this place and are extremely important to your success. We won't think twice if we ever need a rehab center again. You guys are doing a GREAT job!!!!
