Tiene un gran aparcamiento y también para personas con discapacidad.

Pésima atención de la manager! Colgada del teléfono por la tienda, uno la sigue para preguntar, sigue caminando sin atender! No hay suficiente comida para cacatúas! Solo bolsitas pequeñas, No volveré por acá!

I absolutely love this store ! I find it hard to go in and not spend $100+ , but not because the prices are crazy high, just because they have so many incredibly good quality items for my puppy and I want all of it ❤️ such a good supply of all the best foods, supplements, toys, etc. Not to mention, they have a groomer on site. Her name is Rachel, I'm pretty sure? She is always so sweet with my puppy. She comes back her appointments, all clean and soft and smelling good. They bathe her, clean her ears, clean her teeth, they do a nice paw treatment for her, and they file her nails soo perfectly. Thank you to everyone at Healthy Pet ! 💗

8/22/24 NEW UPDATE: just wanted to make another comment about how amazing Rachel is ! (She's a groomer at Healthy Pet) she goes above and beyond for my girl every time. I have never seen someone get her nails as perfect and short and smooth as she does. Have you ever seen a girl this happy after a grooming appt ? Thanks Rachel !

Decent prices for the treats and food. Grooming department needs some work. I was texted an appointment time. When I showed up, I was told that the groomer wasn’t in and to bring my puppy back 2 hours later. Now my dog is suffering from an ear infection from water in his ear canal.

Hello beautiful people, I wanted to share with you my Excellent experience at the Healthy Pet Store in Aurora. My family has a Fur Baby White American Bulldog that has many Allergies. This pet store is by far the most accommodating pet store for all our fur babies that have a sensitivity to every day brands. We drive from Freeport Illinois to get our pets food. They have a wide variety of options for all fur babies. Please see my photos to show some of the amazing products they offer to All. They even offer obedience classes. There's a rest room in the facility for our young little ones complete with changing table. The facility offers a brand of dog food called Farmina which is an all natural brand of dog food. I also want to let you All know that they have a rescue kitty named Scully if anyone is interested in having a very Loving cat for a companion. He is so loving and waiting to find his Forever Home. I pray you all have the Best experience as myself and please let's find Mr. Scully his a real Home. Bon appetit to All the Amazing Fur Babies in the World 😁

The dog groomer has rescheduled on me multiple times, rarely responds to the text line, and when I call in asking for a discount because it has adjusted my weeks significantly, I get a piss poor attitude in response. Finally when I get an appointment, they can't even bother to show up on time. Everything about the store is great, excluding the grooming department.

It's a decent local pet supply store, and the people that work here are very nice. But it doesn't seem to be run in a professional manner. The store is frequently closed during its listed hours of operation, which is rude and disrespectful to people who took the time to drive to and support the business (A little frustrating for people who have to drive longer distances). Time is valuable to us all, so I suggest either changing the hours listed for operation, or staffing the store properly to avoid issues like this occurring. Nothing worse than waiting on the parking lot for 30+ minutes after the store is supposed to be open and still, it remains closed.

I went into Healthy Pet yesterday looking for a new food for my two special needs pups. Their vet advised that they lose some weight which would make it easier for them to get around. Megan is a paraplegic, Popcorn is a puppy mill survivor with a deformity to his front legs. I spoke to Nicole and she was wonderful! She didn't suggest the most expensive foods in the store and in fact, I came home with one that was a third of what I thought I'd be spending. She also gave me a bunch of samples and a safer alternative to one of the supplements my vet prescribed for them. Being disabled, my pups do need a variety of supplements and I think Nicole knows more than my vet does in that regard so we'll be going back for more soon. Switching my dogs from a canned food to a dry kibble, I was concerned they wouldn't eat it. They wolfed their new food down! I couldn't be happier. Thanks, Nicole!
