I had an amazing experience bringing my big baby Ramen here! The staff and veterinarian were incredibly knowledgeable and handled my anxious boy with ease. The prices are reasonable, and the facility is spotless. We left very happy after our annual check-up.

A special shout-out to Lindsay at the front desk, who was an absolute sweetheat. So accommodating and welcoming.

Our dogs have been coming here for almost a decade. The vets and staff really love their patients and take good care of them. Our dogs are getting older and need care more frequently - we can always rely on this clinic for help. Dr. Landini and Dr. Rasmussen have been especially amazing when caring for our elder dog with cancer and chronic pancreatic problems. We really trust this team. Thanks from our pups Audrey & Wilma!

I am extremely disappointed with this vet clinic. We recently took our cat here for an evaluation since we just had a baby and our regular vet is an hour away.

First off, they refused to review our cat’s existing x-rays, insisting instead that we use their own radiology service for something we were already aware of.

Then, they sold us a medication at a 500% markup! I understand it’s a business, but this is outrageous—charging $2.90 per pill when the actual cost is just 24 cents! When we needed a refill, they tried to direct us to their own online pharmacy, and that’s when I discovered the extreme price difference. We simply can’t afford to pay these inflated prices, so I found an online vet pharmacy with fair prices and requested the vet to send over the prescription.

They promised to email the prescription the next day and told us we could pick up more meds in person since we were running out. However, no emails, no follow-up—nothing.

Today, I stopped by to pick up the promised refill, only to be told it wasn’t in stock, despite them confirming with my wife the day before that it would be ready. The front desk staff, particularly ‘Briana’, was extremely rude and gave me attitude when I asked why our prescription copies hadn’t been emailed.

She gave me the runaround, saying the vet refused because other online pharmacies might sell versions that are unsafe for dogs—excuse me, but this is a cat we’re talking about. After spending over a thousand dollars at their practice, this was completely unacceptable. It took nearly 20 minutes and almost causing a scene to finally get the prescription copies so we could go elsewhere.

It’s clear they refused to cooperate because they wouldn’t profit from us anymore. The unprofessionalism is astounding—this isn’t even the first issue we’ve had, as we’ve also experienced problems with not receiving lab results.

Avoid this place unless you enjoy being price gouged. They are shameless, and the front desk staff, especially Dakota and Briana, are rude and unprofessional. I will gladly drive an hour next time to visit an honest, friendly, and compassionate vet. This place is not it.

Everyone is so helpful and understanding! Alexis is an English Bulldog we rescued at age 7 and we're very much helicopter parents when it comes to her care. Heal's staff is always friendly and patient with our concerns while taking excellent care of her. In no small part due to their careful attention she's still happy and healthy at age 12.

Heal has been our #1 vet for our dog, Kiwi, her whole life. They take care of her as if she was one of their own which brings us great comfort. She's had two minor surgeries at Heal with great success. Having your dog undergo surgery is always stressful and each time, the entire staff has been been tremendous in answering our questions and talking us through details with care and expertise. We could not recommend Heal enough!

I love this place. They're always so friendly. We took our ferret here and ended up adopting a kitten on the visit. I love how there's a doctor who specializes in ferrets and I'm definitely going to keep taking my ferret and kitten here. Front desk girl is always nice as well as the doctors.

We are so happy to have this clinic so close to us. All the front desk staff are friendly and I can tell they love animals. I love that they call a day or two after the appointment to check up on how my dog is doing. I’ve seen Dr. Landini and Dr. Leahy, both are awesome. They always answer my questions (and I usually have a lot) even though I can tell they are busy. Love that they come in the room already knowing my dog’s history and why she’s at the vet today.

Yes, this place is expensive. But that’s the price of high standards of care. Have you ever looked at your own medical bills before insurance deductions? #NOMV
