The front desk staff noticed my panic and frustration with my wife's new pet puppy when I walked in and assisted all three of us in a kind and gentle manner. Staffers, Hulu, Emma, and Tanner... wow! Then Mia and Doctor Lee took over. It was easy. Thank you very much. Plus, the staff allowed us a quick no-appointment visit, saving our puppy from an extra round of shots. Highly recommended.

Our initial experience was welcoming, beginning with the reception personal and extending to the amazing Dr. Jennifer Nishimura. The staff was detailed oriented and included conversing directly with our dog, Hina. We are thankful that we were referred to Dr. Nishimura. Mahalo!

If you care about your pets health you shouldn’t go here. Most employees are inexperienced and very much trained to upsell and or sell you anything to pay the way to many lazy unknowable employees wages that are working. There very nice but most are clueless on how to help your animal w its individual specific problem so please don’t go there if you care about your animal because they really don’t that much.

Went to see Dr. Ako for my two Parrots. Due to Covid I couldn’t go in but, he greeted me at the car. First impression, friendly & knowledgeable. He talked story with me first, got a history of my birds then decided only one needed to be seen ( Thanks for saving me money ?). During the appointment he stayed on the phone with me detailing everything he was doing. I must say as anxious as I was his caring ways put that to rest. Would recommend him for all your pet needs. Considering taking my dogs there too if I didn’t live 40 miles away. Mahalo Dr. Ako. Bob, Beaker and I Thank You!

We chose this clinic for our tortoise after arriving to the island based on its customer service reviews. We were not let down, prices seemed to match the mainland prices, customer service was great and the lab tests were quick. Lucky for us the doc has his own tortoises so it was great to bounce ideas off of each other. He helped us treat for pinworms and a dietary issue. We will continue seeing them in the future
