I had gotten a cute kitty for my older cat for company. Little guy was too active and my cat, unbeknown to me, elder cat wasn't feeling well. I returned the little guy ?. They understood. Very grateful, still miss the little guy. His name was Simon. Staff is very caring during the adoption process at the time.

Great staff. Helpful too. I rented cat traps to reduce cat population in my neighborhood. We capture the cats, then take the cats back to the shelter to be fixed, then they release the cats back to our neighborhood. Our visiting Tom cat returned after about a week, he was fixed. Now to catch the momma cat. We might adopt a pet, thinking about a dog. We’ll see.

The staff here are useless, I called to get advise on what I should do about a sick kitten that I found by the dumpster and the lady at front desk said I should have just left it alone to die. For a place that should care about animals that was pretty ruthless of them.

I do not like this animal shelter due to you opening the Red Door and you getting the most horrible smells from animals that do not have is air events for clean air. I can't walk in they need air fresheners, big fans to get all the smell out of the door. The smell and the feces of animals. Makes my nose burn and I wanna throw up. They really need to invent this place because this can make people sick from salmonella, E, coil, and other infections.

Was on hold for 2 hours before I could talk to someone and when I did I was told to go the website. Its like these people don't want to interact with people at all. Their phone menu does the exact same thing when I hit certain options. Not even worth the time.
