Our dogs need their shots, Hartford Veterinary was recommended, and I can see why. The vet, the assistants, everyone was helpful, friendly, and listened to our concerns about my French bulldogs ear, and the need to be financially aware and not spend a ton of money. Amazing people ❤️.

Clinic is pretty outdated but services are cheaper here. Staff is pretty straightforward and not overly friendly... but not rude either. We drive 30 minutes out of our way to bring our dogs here. No issues, will continue to come here over the more expensive vets

About a week ago. I made the hard decision to put my sweet girl to sleep after 16 years. The staff was every understanding and did a wonderful job talking to me about how this would work. Not only did they sit and talk to my sweet girl, but they listened to me tell stories about her. They made a memorable paw print for us. Thank you to the staff for making easier to say goodbye.

Brought my boy Lucky in after he had a run in with a truck. Everyone apart of this vet team is very kind. I was even given help getting him out of my vehicle by about everyone that works there. Very caring people. Dr. McNeil was very clear about what she was going to do, what she did, and what still had to be done. I’m very grateful for everything they did.

We've taken out dog there since he was a puppy. They are always very friendly and helpful. He just got neutered and the procedure went very well and he was back to his normal self within a few days. I've called to ask questions and the person that answers the phone has always been knowledgable and able to answer my questions. They were highly recommended to us and I wouldn't have any problem recommending then to anyone else.

We’ve used this clinic for over 6 years and I’m always happy with the care provided by Dr. Teri... The receptionists on the phone however are HORRIBLE! Today was the last straw, my dog has a urinary tract infection and she said we couldn’t be fit into the schedule for over 2 weeks, she also refused to have the vet call me back or add us to the cancellation list without me asking several times. This is not the first time they’ve been extremely rude on the phone but it will be the last. The vet also never returned the call. Maybe she would like to have a UTI for 2 weeks without treatment or be told to find a different doctor.

I can't say enough positive things about this vet. I've lived all over the country and it is hard to find good caring vets that genuinely care for your animals. If I could, I would never ever switch vets because not only do they know but they seem to really care for my girls. Both vets are different but kind and understanding. Both my dogs are problematic in their own ways and are fully taken care of here. You are in good hands.
