I recently had to take a school pet (Guinea pig) in here for end-of-life care. They were very kind and fitting me in without having made an appointment. The staff was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this place for your pet. Also they had very reasonable prices, the same procedure at a different vet was asking $700-$800, happy valley did it for $128.

My experience with the veterinary team has been exceptional. Despite my dog's reluctance to visit the vet, the staff's professionalism and kindness have made each visit much more manageable.

Update 07/2024:
I've come here a couple more times now, and the communication has definitely improved. I will continue to use HVPH as my primary care provider.

Dr. Goh is nice and knowledgeable. Had our first puppy exam with her. They need a little better communication with clients. We were there for over 2 hours with a scheduled appointment that included maybe 30 minutes if interactions . I will be back, and I am generally happy with their care. Just need to plan for plenty of time when heading there. My friend that was with me thought they needed to improve the interior design.

Both times i’ve taken my rabbit here they have been very sweet to him and understanding of his anxiety. ?❤️

I also feel like this vet has much more knowledge when it comes to rabbits than vets that I have seen before in Utah, so I feel much more secure about the care he receives. I have had several terrible experiences with vets before so it was honestly such a relief coming here and actually feeling good about his care ?❤️?

Also I noticed that they have an electric candle up front with a sign that lets people know if the candle is lit then someone is saying goodbye to their pet and ask for people to be not too loud during that person’s very difficult time ?❤️

Vet offices/pet hospitals in general are complicated because you have some people there happy and having a normal day and some people having the worst days of their life with their best friend having a medical emergency, and this place seems to really be respectful and thoughtful for both the humans and the pets there ?

We have brought our dog to Happy Valley Pet Hospital for a couple of urgent care visits. They have been positive experiences. What I appreciate most is that it's clear they are animal lovers. The Vet Tech is kind and so good with Koji. Dr. Goh is patient and provides great care, she called me to go over Koji's test results and go over treatment options. She answered every question I had. I appreciate how easy it has been to communicate with the Dr. and staff through phone and email.
