My wife and I had been trying to go to some in person classes to train our 4 month old puppy, but just had trouble laying that foundational level of training due to our schedules. My friend who had his puppy trained here recommended them. I gave them a call and they talked us through what they’re about, how they train, and gave their thoughts on what would be best for our puppy. We came and took a tour of the place and the facilities are immaculate. Everything a dog and their owner could ask for. Without hesitation we scheduled a stay and train for him.

Six weeks later we had the best, well behaved puppy we could ask for. His trainer Sadie, gave us daily report cards and pictures, and at the end of every week when we picked him up, she gave us homework. Sadie and all the staff took away all anxiety. I can’t thank them enough for taking care of our baby Bear and everything they did to make sure we knew what was going on at all times. If I could give 100 stars I would.

Excellent service, staff and business! My little Prissy had a wonderful time there and made so many new friends! They took great care of her! I was nervous about it at first because it was her first time away from home and us. But after the first report card and photo by the pool, I was so happy for her and relieved that she was in such good hands! Thank you all!❤️

We have been a customer of Happy Tails since they first opened in their original location. Paige and her crew always do an incredible job. They will schedule appointments for up to six months. Their price structure has always been more than fair. Autumn, our Mini Poodle, always looks good when she is groomed. We call it her day at the spa. It includes cut, bath, dry, nails, etc. Autumn enjoys going and will see them again next month.

I have boarded my dogs twice and both times have been a wonderful experience. We just returned from vacation and while gone, I received a report card for my girls each day. It included pictures of them each day we were gone. I knew they were in great hands, but loved seeing them have fun. Thank you for taking great care of my girls.

I cannot recommend them enough!!
They are so professional and caring... I have left my two pups at doggie daycare multiple times and they always send me pictures updating me on the day they are having!! The process for leaving them is strict (as it should be) and the facility is always clean!!!

Our dog sitter was unable to watch our dogs for our family vacation. I booked 2 of our dogs at Happy Tails in Cullman, AL. They were amazing! We loved getting pictures everyday and they were very helpful and kind explaining the different services they offer. This was our first time boarding our fur babies and we were very satisfied with Happy Tails. Thank you guys for treating them like your own!

I have never had to board my fur babies until this past weekend. Happy Tails was so informative with their daily report cards, picture updates, and notes on how my babies were doing. I have a Cane Corso who is very shy with people she doesn't know and it can take a while for her to warm up to people, but Happy Tails were up to the challenge and made my fur babies feel at home and gave them all of the lovings and treats they could ask for. I was one nervous fur momma but these wonderful ladies took such great care of them and put my mind at ease. I can not recommend them enough! Thank you Happy Tails for everything yall did for my little and not so little fur babies! You have my business for life!

So happy that we found Happy Tails! I am 100% a helicopter dog mom that trusts very few with my babies, so I searched high and low for the best place to board our pups. They normally travel with us and our youngest is very anxious, so I have been super worried about boarding. We live 50 minutes away, with 10+ options within 5-15 minutes of us, and I would drive even further to take them to Happy Tails if I had to. From phone calls, to actually being there, the staff were all so nice and helpful. The facility is very clean and the prices are great! Most of all, our boys have a great time, look so happy in their pictures and come home worn out from playing!
