I would not take my dog anywhere else. Katherine always does a superior job and makes Maverick look like a show dog when she's finished. He is a brand new dog when he comes home and we couldn't be happier with the service she provides. Thanks so much for all you do.

Kathryn is a fantastic groomer, Always friendly and and does great work. Don't let the bad reviews sway you, like some kids are a problem so are some pets.

Just moved into area and after reading reviews this was the choice! So very satisfied. Kathryn did a fantastic job on my 11 year old giant schnauzer who is very nervous. Katheryn followed the overgrown pattern and she looks gorgeous! So pleasant and made our Marley very comfortable. Thank you!

Leo, a very large goldendoodle, loves this place. He has had some bad grooming experiences at other places but always loves spending the afternoon here. Very grateful for finding happy paws and won't go anywhere else.

Never tool my dog to the groomers. She was so patient with my dog did a great great job. Highly recommend this place. I wont go anywhere else. I can tell he feels sooooo much better as he is a husky had ALOT of hair. Thank you so much

took my cat in yesterday to get shaved, She was extremely matted after being gone for a month...well 3/4 of the way through the shaving the gal cut said kitty's leg..While I can appreciate the difficulty shaving a cat in that condition..The part she cut had no mats on it...luckily there was a vet next door...To make a long story short..The groomer still charged me $45...add that to the additional $160 to the Vet made it an extremely expensive shave. PS..after thinking on it for the past week not only should she not have charged me, she should have at least offered to help with the vet bill...I would'nt recommend taking your pet here.

This was my dog's first grooming experience at Happy Paw's and it will be his last. When I dropped off my dog for his grooming appointment the groomer told me that it would probably take about 2 1/2 hours for my dog to get groomed. She said that she would give me a call when he was ready to be picked up. After 3 hours I began to worry, so I decided to drive over to Happy Paw's. I'm sure glad that I did! When I pulled up to Happy Paw's I rolled down the windows and turned off my vehicle. As soon as I turned off the vehicle I heard yelling coming from the open windows of Happy Paw's. The groomer was repeatedly yelling, "Stop it! Hold still! Stop it!". Then a man peddled up on a bicycle and went into the establishment. As soon as he stepped inside I heard her yelling, "This is the worst dog ever!". The man asked what kind of dog he was and she stated my dog's breed. Well, that was about enough for me. I immediately went into the establishment and got my dog. All I can hope is that she wasn't mean or abusive to my dog because she was clearly angry. Happy Paw's is NOT a happy place and I will never go back there. I would not recommend Happy Paw's Pet Salon to anyone who loves their pet.
